"TAIWAN Eat the World NYC review: This week sees the opening of a brand new Taiwanese restaurant in Elmhurst, at the always busy intersection of Broadway and Whitney Avenue just under the shadow of the LIRR tracks. As long as the food is good, this crossroads of the neighborhood should be a prime location for a restaurant to hang around a long time. The first word is almost fully positive, as our group of seven was generally impressed with the offerings. There are quite a few tables so you can go in any size group, but grab seven friends and sit at one of the big round tables that accommodates eight. The menu is bewilderingly expansive and ordering as much as possible is a good way to attack this new restaurant. We did just that, starting with the first page of appetizers which reads more like the list of stalls at the Shilin Night Market in the north of Taipei."

"Check your orders!!!! This is the third time I have not had a complete order. Twice they failed to include the cookies I ordered, didn't have time to check things before I got home. This time they failed to bring out the freaking $8 smoothie for our drive thru. When you have kids in the car... using drive thru is the way to go. The manager here acted super inconvenienced by having to apologize but it was his own mistake. Acted very skittish to give me his bosses information. So now I'm calling corporate and looking for Brian. You owe me money Panera.... the cookies, not thrilled but to almost leave an $8 smoothie.... not okay."

"We found this place on a whim and are so glad we came in! It was such quick service with great food and presentation. Compared to other places we’ve been in New York, this place had truly authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Would HIGHLY recommend the pho and the bun vermicelli with grilled lemongrass chicken. "Today I stopped by at Starbucks in Mililani Town Center before heading back to Kaneohe. I was only in Mililani because my daughter had a basketball game. Anyway, ordered some drinks and snacks for our ride home. I got all the drinks, forgot to ask for the snacks and drove away. I dont know about anyone else, but 10 is . I called and spoke to someone named Alajah (sorry about the spelling). What amazing customer service. She was able to help me out and issue me a refund. Girl you are awesome! Thank you for the grrat service! While in Starbucks everyone ws smiling and so friendly. Wish all Starbucks was like this. Definitely made my day a little happier."

"I recently visited this restaurant for the first time, and it has quickly become my go-to place in Exton for meeting friends! They offer casual breakfast and lunch options with a wide variety of delicious choices. I had the turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sandwich on whole grain bread, which had fantastic flavor, though it was a bit messy to eat. It came with chips, which were a nice addition. Their coffee was excellent—I’m quite particular about coffee quality! One of my friends ordered the special brunch burger, which was also messy but thoroughly enjoyed. Another friend tried the salmon salad and had no complaints, although nothing particularly stood out. We also shared huevos rancheros, which everyone liked. Our waitress was friendly, which is always a plus, and we didn’t have to wait at all, even on a Friday at 11:00 am. I definitely plan to come back for a second visit!"

"not guilty, kovid or anything else. the employees they need now need a much better training in customer service and triaging dinge of meaning. Keep extra feet, ice and everything else, unless, completely out, should happen between the customer flow. I sat for 30 minutes with a person in front of me and watched three people wait for a drink. I left the chicks you work, make a drink per 10 minutes. workers my gosh action like your being pay just a bit please."

"Tonight, I stopped by the Hy-Vee location on Zane in Brooklyn Park around 7:35 PM (they close at 8) to grab a mocha. Unfortunately, one of their machines was down — that happens, and it's nobody's fault. However, the other machine was cleaned, which seemed premature if they were planning to close soon. It feels like they’re pushing patrons out earlier than their operating hours. I’m really tired of experiencing poor service and hearing repeated apologies for what they can’t provide. Honestly, I feel like I’m just venting at this point."

"I visited the Five Towns location in Queens, NY, around 5 PM today. I ordered two chicken specials, and the cashier mentioned it was cheaper to add a side, so he included a corn chowder. We also got a half chicken-avocado sandwich, and I grabbed a loaf of bread from the shelf. To my surprise, the total came to $44.25 — and that didn’t even include any drinks! The sandwiches were of average size and nothing to write home about, though the portions were on the smaller side as well. Given the price we were paying, I expected a lot more. I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. The food tasted fine, but nothing extraordinary. After this experience, I can confidently say I won’t be returning to Panera Bread. There are better options out there. It’s hard to believe I spent $44.25 on such small sandwiches for two people, and they barely filled me up!"

"GOURMET INDIA!!!! The name of this restaurant says it all. Tucked away in this quiet little mall area off of Westheimer and hwy 6 is this near fine dining restaurant. The interior features a relaxing and formal setting with formal cloths and table settings and calming music to set the mood. The service is friendly and professional. We were seated quickly and our beverages brought to our table within a few minutes. We inspected the 20 plus item buffet and decided upon that. Each item had its unique indian cuisine presentation and flavor. Mmmm....my mouth is still watering! The fresh soft tortilla type bread was AMAZING and I dipped it in almost ech dish I sampled. The $13 lunch buffet was inexpensive for what you can eat. You just have to experience this place."

"After Adam's closed down, I decided to try this place and was absolutely thrilled! It's fantastic, and we've been regulars ever since. Today, we were served by a new waiter named Tyler, who was simply amazing. He was polite, cheerful, and funny, stopping by our table frequently to check on us and clearing away our dishes whenever we placed them on the edge, which is something so few people do these days. If you go, definitely try the Epic Benedict or the French Toast; both are fantastic! The bacon and tater tots are also excellent. The only item I wouldn't recommend is the hash browns, as they were disappointing, but everything else I've ordered has been great. This has officially become my new favorite diner!"

"The person who took my order was pleasant enough. However, we sat waiting for so long that he finally wondered why we had not received our order. He suggested that I check at the other end of the counter. I did not see a hot drink at all. When someone nearby inquired, I told her, and she looked around and said that she had added ice instead. I delivered mine to share and returned for the other one that was fixed correctly this time. Ironically, I preferred the hot one, and hubby liked mine better, though neither of us would care to repeat the apple crumble in any form. We never heard any names called until we moved from our table to the couch for two near the door, because the wooden chairs lacking solid backs were so uncomfortable. We won't be in any rush to return."

"Today my husband and I came into Denny's for breakfast. Johnny, our Host/server, was an absolutely delight from the moment we walked into the restaurant. His charismatic, personable and humorous nature created a welcoming atmosphere. I think they were short staffed or maybe there was a shift change. But you would never know it because Johnny ran the place like a super hero, multitasking as host, server, busser and cashier. Johnny remained pleasant and accommodating through our dining experience. The same extraordinary customer service extended to us was demonstrated to the rest of the patrons throughout the the restaurant. His ability to speak four different languages is definitely an asset to the company. We look forward to going back and specifically asking for him to be our server."

"I had a disappointing experience at this café. One of the baristas, a short, heavyset woman with long curly hair, was quite rude. I ordered a cold drink, specifically the iced Starbucks blonde caramel latte. Even though I showed the male barista a picture of my order, he asked me about it four times. When my drink finally arrived, it was hot instead of cold. The woman then, rather rudely, told me that I should have specified "iced." I thought that showing the picture would be enough, especially since the name of the drink clearly indicates it should be iced. In my opinion, they should have apologized for the mistake and replaced my drink with the correct one, rather than treating the customer rudely. Overall, the service was subpar, and I won’t be returning."

"When the fries are seasoned just right, you know you're in for a treat. They remind me of seaside eats in the sense that it's all wholesome and healthy food, but they make it taste delicious. It's a place where you can sit down to eat, but you order at the counter or on their tablet. The burrito is filled with sweet potatoes, broccoli, corn, and beans, all good solid whole foods. It's not like fake meats such as impossible or beyond, which is refreshing. The fries are also well seasoned. Honestly, every time I go, it's just a good, nourishing meal and the service is fairly quick. The vegan drinks are also really sweet and tasty. It's a great option to have."

"I have been coming here since I moved to San Pablo. Every time I am pleasantly surprised at how talented these folks are at making delicious meals. I always want to try something different, but I am a creature of habit I am addicted to the fish rogan josh. There are other yummy choices, like the lamb curry. It does not matter what main dish you choose they will satisfy your taste buds, especially if you use some garlic naan to accent every bite. The price is not cheap, so expect to drop a good chunk of change if you take your sweetheart out to dinner, but they will not be disappointed. The portions are perfect enough to fill up the biggest of eaters. The place is small if you want to dine in, but they also offer takeout. If you want something good to eat give this place a try, your stomach will thank you."
