"As I pulled up to the drive-thru, a recorded message played over the speakers. Since there was a car at the window, I was about to back out when someone finally came on the speaker to take my order. I could hear laughter in the background, which felt quite rude, but I decided to order anyway. I hadn't had a chance to look over the menu yet, so I asked them to hold on for a moment. The response was less than pleasant. When I inquired about the chicken sandwich combo, I felt rushed. The girl at the window suggested I pull up, but I wasn't finished ordering; my son also wanted onion rings. Then she forgot to ask what drink I wanted. I pulled up and was shocked to be charged $25! That felt excessive, but I figured it was worth it if the food was good. Another employee handed me my food, and before I could ask for ketchup, they slammed the window shut. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive-thru, I was growing more frustrated. The original girl finally opened the window and rudely asked what I needed. When I requested ketchup, she just dropped five packets into my hand, two of which fell to the ground. She laughed and made a snarky comment about what the fry cook had said. I guess he didn't realize I spoke Spanish because he told me to hurry up so I could leave. Very disrespectful. When I got home, I discovered that the bread on the sandwich was stale and had an unpleasant yeast smell, forcing me to throw the bun away. The fries were hot, but some were undercooked, and the ice in my drink had completely melted, resulting in a watery soda. The onion rings were decent, but they only provided a tiny container of ranch dressing. I think I'll be on the lookout for a new salad place!"

"This place has absolutely amazed me. I honestly had no high hopes when we went over there. When we came in, we were greeted by Mia, an absolute treasure. She answered any question I had for her without skipping a beat. My husband and I started with the Mozzarella sticks and Jalapeño-Poppers (for the plate they are made with cream cheese and not Cheddar). The marinara sauce was warm (which I prefer) and had a wonderful taste. The route on the cheese was crazy! (Pic below). My husband ordered the Big Foot Chicken fried steak with potatoes and I had the Chicken Bacon Ciabatta with Streak frits. He said hands down, it was the best chicken fried steak he had in years! The carded potatoes were handmade (chunky) and the perfect amount of garlic. He chose the white Gravy over both and he said the taste was excellent. As far as my order, it uses a whole chicken breast (flowered), two huge strips of Applewood smoked bacon (boiled perfectly), and Swiss cheese (it also comes with tomatoes and onion, but I don't like it so that I order it without). The sandwich was delicious! All flavors came together like a melody. Steakfries were perfect! They were well seasoned and perfectly cooked. Soft in the middle, only enough of a bowl, but not much crisp. Even the smaller hairs were not crunchy. Then we finished the night with a piece of strawberry cheesecake for him and a piece of dark chocolate cake for me. He said the cheesecake was very tasteful and the texture was great. The dark chocolate cake was like angels singing. The cake was moist, chocolate mousse center was fluffy and the dark chocolate mortar was immediately melted into the mouth. It reminds me of a lot of Dove Dark Chocolate. It's very creamy and feels like you're giving your tongue a nice warm hug when you bite it. All the time we were there, Mia was very hesitant, she never let our drinks go dry. We didn't just tip her, but we also tipped the cook and he came out and shook our hands. It was nice to thank him personally. We recommend this place to 100% and come back when we are ever back in the area (hubby is a trucker)."
