"I've been coming to this restaurant for a decade now. However, it feels like you need to take out a second mortgage just to afford a couple of tacos these days. In my last three visits, I received the wrong type of tacos, and the staff wasn't particularly helpful in resolving the issue. If you're going to charge $20 for two tacos, rice, beans, and a drink, it's reasonable to expect that your order is correct. When mistakes happen, the staff should be eager to fix them so that customers don't feel uncomfortable about bringing it up.
The food here is good, and the atmosphere is pleasant—I'm sure there's nothing on the menu that wouldn't taste great. However, it seems there may have been a change in ownership, or perhaps they are struggling to find quality staff. Considering the prices they are charging, there are definitely better options available that offer both better value and improved service."
