"This is a spacious restaurant with ample dining areas and beautiful décor that creates a warm ambiance. The staff is polite and patient, adding to the positive experience. The menu offers an extensive variety of authentic dishes, and even when the restaurant is busy, the service remains relatively quick. A nice surprise with each order is the complimentary egg rolls, though unfortunately, they've been dry and inedible on all three visits—still, the kind gesture is appreciated. While I want to explore more of the menu, I find myself consistently drawn to the Pineapple Fried Chicken meal, which includes pineapples, chicken, shrimp, cashew nuts, eggs, onions, peas, and carrots. I’d like to express my gratitude for the fresh ingredients and generous portion sizes—this hearty entrée can easily serve four! To enhance the experience for diners and avoid any ‘meal chaos’ in the family, I would recommend including at least one large, juicy shrimp for each serving. Adding two more shrimp to make a total of four per dish would be wonderful! Thai Cuisine has quickly become a weekly favorite for my family. On our next visit, we’re looking forward to dining inside to fully immerse ourselves in the Thai experience. A note on location: you can find Thai Cuisine in the Nellis Bonanza Shopping Center, in the corner at the far end of the plaza, with plenty of parking available and easy access."

"Finally, a Chinese restaurant making the food in-house with real flavors and spices.  Located in a strip mall between Miss Saigon and the K&S market, it's rather unassuming from the outside, but spacious inside.  Want some real flavor, try the cumin beef or shrimp.  The warm gritty taste of cumin with lots of heat too.  In addition to a generous amount of protein, there are lots of properly stir fry veggies.  Tender crisp.    I have also had the twice cooked pork.  Really liked that.  Deep flavor and you can get it extra spicy.  Fried rice is a little on the plain side.  Their hot and sour soup is different from most others since they're making it there instead of re-heating industrial stuff.  Their spring rolls are small with a crispy crust, but definitely made in house too.  They make their own hot mustard and it has just the right amount of heat and mustard flavor.  Tables have a bottle of a vinegar/fish sauce that is an interesting condiment too.  They have lunch specials during the week, and a very extensive menu otherwise.   On weekends, Dim Sum replaces lunch specials.  We've yet to have that, but have it on our list.  Lucky Bamboo is a lot of what we've been looking for in a Chinese restaurant.  They're making their own food and sauces (not reheating food service frozen) including deep flavors and spicy hot is available.  Check it out."
