"I’m giving this restaurant a single star because the customer service was lacking. The young lady who served me was okay, but she seemed quite inexperienced. I ordered wings and a drink, and when I inquired about changing my order, she said it wasn't possible. I was also told the wait would be 15 minutes, but it actually took over 45 minutes. When the food finally arrived, the meat was undercooked, and they didn’t provide the correct cups. There was a noticeable lack of apology or effort to improve the situation; it felt very much like a take-it-or-leave-it attitude with no offer for a refund. Overall, there was little regard for customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place, but feel free to give it a try for yourself. Additionally, they only have Fritten available; other menu items seem to be missing."
