"Fantastic atmosphere it wasn't too crowded and we made reservations, excellent service from beginning to end, extremely clean everyone I saw handling food wore masks covering their nose and mouth and had gloves on. Eric's attentiveness to us, to detail and energy was superb. He certainly made date night feel very special. The food was exquisite, cooked perfectly and timed correctly between courses. Excellent experience and looking forward to next date night here!"

"During the summer Bistro 412 has an outdoor dining area on the street. Great for people watching and enjoying an outdoor meal. Have always visited Bistro 412 for a variety of appetizers but this time decided to get 2 entrees instead. The duck was good but the lamb shank was fantastic. The meat was so tender it practically fell off the bone. It was flavored wonderfully and the portion size of the shank was so large it was enough for two people. Service was good too."

"I had a fantastic vegetarian meal at the Cedarburg Sounds of Summer! I tried the eggplant sandwich from the food truck, and I can’t stop thinking about it. It’s often challenging to find a satisfying veggie option at outdoor events, but this dish definitely exceeded my expectations. It was a perfect blend of comfort food, fresh vegetables, and rich flavors. I loved every bite!"

"We enjoyed a remarkable 9-course dinner accompanied by wine pairings, and both the food and the wine were exceptional. I still dream about the snapper with callaloo and the halibut dish. Each protein was perfectly prepared, and the sauces were out of this world. The service was outstanding; the staff was incredible—friendly and clearly passionate about food. They loved answering our questions about the dishes and the island, which made us feel like we were being welcomed into someone’s home. I have never encountered such a warm and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting St. Thomas, and we can't wait to return on our next trip!"
