"I had not visited DBT in years and was surprised to see it in its current condition. The waiter was unpleasant (we had to wait a long time before finally getting his attention, and he rudely told us to wait a minute). My friend ordered a salad as a side, but the waiter brought soggy French fries instead. The food was overpriced and not tasty. My quinoa salad had undercooked quinoa and a large amount of raw red onions, which was unappetizing. The music playing was loud and consisted of outdated pop songs, which did not suit the elegant atmosphere at all. We asked for the volume to be lowered, which they did. I had chosen this restaurant for a special celebration with my friend and was embarrassed by my decision."

The food at this restaurant was innovative, enjoyable, and delicious. The atmosphere was cozy with playful accents scattered around. It was a great choice for celebrating Mother's Day.

They have this weird thing where the beer glass is filled only to 1.5” below the top. It doesn’t seem like much but I suppose it adds up. I mentioned to the wait staff but she ignored the connect.

Terrific neighborhood tavern. Caught happy hour. Barreta , Burger and 2 orders of Lobster Dumplings- their specialty. Topped off with cocktails and fabulous desert. Highly recommend this place. Got to watch Kentucky Derby too.

The food was decent, the service was good, but the most disappointing part was being seated in a room typically reserved for private events. The atmosphere in the room was unpleasant and detracted from the overall dining experience.

Other places with lesser-known chefs were charging ridiculous amounts for Thanksgiving dinner, but why go there when I can get a meal from one of the best chefs for a reasonable price? There was so much delicious food, and the service was amazing. View menu

I always enjoy dining at this restaurant. The food is usually consistent, though the tuna tartare had a bit too much soy sauce this time. Nevertheless, I was so hungry that I would have eaten a bowl of salt. Overall, it was a little heavy-handed tonight compared to usual.

I’ve been here many times and always good. Came for Mother’s Day and what a disappointment. First, $80 prix fixe for brunch? One meal was a lobster dumpling, salmon Benedict and a cake for $80? Then they tried to tell us the clothes line bacon was a $24 supplement. It costs $24 on their regular menu so how could it be a supplement. One of the entrees was wrong. My cod was overcooked. Then while waiting for the correct entree, they brought out our desserts before one guest had the entree. Been there many times but I think it ends today.

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
