"The staff treated me and my family like garbage for no reason whatsoever... My experience there was perhaps one of the most unpleasant customer no-service experiences I 've ever had and all I wanted to do was order a sundae for my four-year old! I went in to Frosty King for the first (and last time today to buy my four-year old a special afternoon sundae. I 'm a normal looking, middle-class person who dresses well and is always polite and pleasant with people. So, to my unexpected surprise, the cashier totally ignores me standing at the register and sneered at me for five minutes while talking to the cook. What 's up with the sneering? I think, What did I do? When I get ready to leave, he went and helped another customer who had just pulled up in the drive-through. When he finally talked to me, he was rude and just plain nasty (you had to see it to believe it I was too shocked to be angry or say anything back . When he walked away, the absolute shock began to wear off and I realized he had deliberately offended me and my family, so I asked another cashier (newly emerged from the back for the manager 's number so that I could complain. She told me that they didn 't give out the owner 's number and that the owner didn 't want to hear customer complaints. So I left (my four-year old starting screaming for ice cream . For obvious reasons, these are not people who deserve my (or your business. We went to Cold Stone down the street where the staff were friendly, polite, and willing to help my family. As far as I 'm concerned, this is just a shameless business. They have no shame allowing a four-year old to leave screaming because he didn 't get ice cream. They have no shame being rude and nasty for no reason. And the owner has no shame for not wanting to hear customer complaints. Who do you think pays the bills at Frosty King? Or any business? You don 't deserve to be in business if you don 't want to take customer complaints. (And if you do take customer complaints, why is your staff telling customers you don 't take complaints? When do employees get to make that decision? This program won 't let me award negative points if it did, the customer service rating would be -5. Believe me, one star is a thousand times too generous to describe the mean-spiritedness and outright rudeness of the staff here."
