"I've only eaten at Lenny's once and it's not what I was expecting. I guess based on the outside look of the place I was expecting more of a Denny's type experience where you sit down and are waited on. This is not the case. You walk up to the counter order your food and then they call you up when it's ready. The food was good but I think when I was there they were short-staffed because there was one woman working the counter and one cook in the back and it just wasn't enough for the amount of people that were in there. I was unable to even have my drink refilled because they were just too busy and overwhelmed. I don't know if that's what happens often there and I'm not saying I wouldn't go back because it was a very tasty burger. My friend had a patty melt and he enjoyed it as well."

The burgers at this restaurant are top-notch, with crispy fries and amazing milkshakes and ice cream cones. Absolutely delicious!

Asked for no tomatoes or onions on my wifes burger but it was on it anyway. Slow service, no napkins, kinda pricey. The green chili burger was pretty tasty. View menu

On November 27th, 2023, I paid $6.48 for two Coney Dogs at this restaurant. The chili, onion, and mustard combination was delicious. I would definitely order this dish again.

stop precooking the burgers! hasn't been here for some time, but was always a good place to get a new burger. all I can say is for the price they should not precook their burgers. they preked them on the grill tomorrow and all day they heated up on the flattop. was completely broken when they told me they were doing it now.

The food was so good and flavorful. Not too greasy, the condiments used were the right amount and the vegetables were crisp and fresh the buns were toasted to give that nice crunch to the bite and the fries were nice a crispy without being to greasy as well. The drive thru wasn't too hard to order from and the wait wasn't to long it was actually fast. 10/10 would recommend and would go again. ??? View menu

The restaurant was pretty good as they accept EBT, but it was kind of pricey. The tater tots were similar to Burger King's tots, but I wish they were the larger cylinder-shaped ones. Although they took a long time cooking my chicken sandwich, it was worth the wait. The sandwich was big, tasty, and crunchy with mayo, cheese, shredded lettuce, and tomato on buttery toasted buns - yummy! The soda machine needed to be cleaned as you could taste it - yuck! The ranch dressing was also delicious. Overall, the sandwich was good but on the pricier side.

I went on this passed Saturday around 3:30 the lobby was cleaned and the food was great best customer service I've had in a while the cashier was a young man he took my order in Spanish and English because their were a few words I didn't understand so he switched languages to help me and it looks like there were only 2 employees at the time but I saw them switching around I saw the fryer work on grill and as fryer and I was surprised when I went to ask for a refill and I saw that the cashier was working on grill and also helping his coworker with the fryer I just want to say 10/10 definitely recommend this place and definitely coming back soon

"i’ve been coming to lacuna for over two years now and this little gem is definitely one of my favorite places to be. i’m not much of a review-writer, but when i feel passionately about places (good or bad , i get inspired.as someone who leads an alcohol-free lifestyle, it is SO nice having this option to unwind and create some art, relax, or hang out with friends. i’ve truly made so many wonderful connections through lacuna that i will cherish for a lifetime!it’s also a great place to get work done. i work remote, so i spend a good majority of my week here at my second office ; the BOGO happy hour deal comes in clutch.i think it’s really great that there is a mix of events now too, not just strictly DJ’s performing 6-7 nights a week. (although i do absolutely love the nights when there’s a DJ as well ! the variety of events is great; chess tournaments, community coloring, workshops, recovery groups, massages, yoga etc. there’s been a lot of engaging activities that i enjoy attending or participating in.i feel like lacuna has become a lot stronger in both the workspace and community-front in the last year or so too. the kavatenders all have such a warm and positive energy and always make me feel special when i come in. it’s nice seeing management interacting with customers and staff more too. it’s nice overhearing the positive feedback from management to staff (or staff to staff , and hearing the conversations that the staff members have with guests. there just seems to be a lot more connection overall. lacuna is growing and glowing for sure. <3the price increase is a bit of a bummer, but in a time with inflation… what can you really do? i personally TRUST lacuna with their product and that’s what keeps me coming back. i know they put both quality and care into their products and it really reflects. it can be a pretty penny if you’re getting multiple drinks, but fancy craft cocktails at a regular bar can be the same way. plus, my points add up so quickly i get pretty frequent discounts with their reward system. it’s not the end of the world!i appreciate the subtle changes in the bar layout and decor too. even the little things keep it feeling fresh and a little new each time you come in.the *only* “negative” thing i have to say about the space is that it can be difficult to order a drink or close out a tab sometimes. there’s rushes and it gets busy, but sometimes it feels as if one staff member just isn’t enough during these times. sometimes there’s not a lot of communication about this either between staff and people trying to close out, but i’ve been coming here for awhile now so i know what to expect. if you’re in a time crunch, just give yourself a little buffer or cushion of time to get closed out (or order to go right off the bat and close out immediately .all things considered, though, 5 stars all the way around! lacuna is an ever-evolving, ever-growing spot and i’m excited to see what the future looks like for you guys! : bulaaaa!!!!"
