It was so bad that I couldn’t eat it, so I ended up just having the meat and the seasoning, while discarding the bun. I was really disappointed with my experience, especially since I had been looking forward to eating here.
I believe the issues were the fault of the kitchen staff, not the woman at the counter. I think it’s essential for the food to be properly reviewed before serving; this is something I learned from working in the industry for 20 years. If improvements aren't made, restaurants risk losing customers, which is a shame because they could gain more if they paid attention to these details. Wishing them better luck in the future!"
