"We had heard about this restaurant from a customer of ours and decided to give it a try. We went on line to get directions, saw the unfavorable review from Valentine's day, and had 2nd thoughts. So, we called a relative who lives near the restaurant (we are about 10 miles away). She said it very nice, so we tried it. We went on 2/15/10 and were very happy with it. We sat in the main area, not the smoking section, so I only saw the ceiling where we were. It was fine, the service was good, the place was clean, there was a container of napkins on every table. We got more food than we could eat,(a fresh salad, vegetable, potatoes, or main entree and coffee). With our over 20% tip we were still under $20, It is a simple, but nice place to eat. If you don't want to cook, want a very good meal, served quickly, at at very reasonable price I recommend it. I did not give it 5 stars only because it is not a fancy place, but I wasn't expecting it to be."

"we had only delivered one order from here, a Greek salat a burger w fries, it costs 31! initially they are much overpriced, but not only that they returned to the driver to ask if we want to put the tipp on our card because the driver does not get it in cash! are they serious?! you just got 31 for an salat and a burger w friesand the last time I ordered from you, and told you to add 2 to my card for the tipp you took on you to calculate 5 to my card for a tipp. that's stealing! "First time going to this store. Ordered a lamb gyro and a 5 pc. Chicken. Unfortunately the gyro fell out of the bag on to the side walk before even reaching the bakery. Immediately went back in with the gyro and my credit card in hand was going to order another one. When the employee said I can 't do nothing This made me decide to not order another gyro. I left the gyro on the counter. Unfortunately the chicken was delicious. But I will not patronize this business."

"This place is a late-night spot for fried chicken. The food is just average – the fried chicken sits under a heat lamp and comes with a subpar roll. While the menu looks extensive, I wouldn't trust most of it for my stomach. If the chicken isn’t cooked fresh, well, you can guess the rest. The staff can be a bit moody, but the customers seem to pose quite a challenge, based on what I saw during my visit."

"I eat there quite frequently. The whiting fish with fries is tasty, and my partner really enjoyed it. The wings are also good, with the best flavor when they are freshly made. I requested fresh chicken once, and they were happy to accommodate me (as long as the order was over a certain amount). The chicken over rice is also a solid choice. However, I wouldn't recommend the sides like mashed potatoes or macaroni, or even the cakes and sweets, as they appear to not be very popular."

"Updated review: Yay!! So I was able to finally try Terry's Burgers today! I got the works burrito. Pretty hefty burrito. Being honest, It's okay. Much like other places but it surely does not disappoint. I look forward to going back and trying more menu items. I've heard good things about their burgers and a few other menu items. There's no drive-thru and parking is pretty limited but not a big deal. Staff was very direct, not very welcoming but again not a big deal but that might have been enough to be the fifth star. The restaurant dining area is very clean and open and there's lots of natural light. I look forward to returning and updating this review and adding more pics."

"Burger Depot has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants after just two visits. "Visited this restaurant at 4/9/22 after a break due to problems in the past at this (and many other) location. We have no idea what has changed in this place, but WOW! The service we received was absolutely fantastic. The food on the bar was fresh and repeated several times while we were there. The manager was visible and worked as hard (at times harder) than the waiting staff and other employees. It was a pleasant change to see this level of teamwork. It was obvious that they were short employees, but they did not allow them to stop from complete orders and pride on their work. Great job! You have changed our opinion and opinion of this institution!"

"Today, I ordered a 15-piece mixed chicken for $18. My total came to $20, and out of curiosity, I requested a receipt. I’ve always enjoyed their food, but a few months ago, my girlfriend noticed a strange, foul smell coming from the chicken. We decided to stop ordering in person and via Uber Eats. After a few months, we tried ordering from them again. My 2-year-old grandson, who loves chicken, tried one piece but, even at his young age, refused to eat any more of the chicken leg. Two other family members also tried a piece and were immediately put off by the odor. My son went back to return the remaining pieces for a refund, but they claimed we had eaten most of the chicken and only refunded him $12. Since we still had three uneaten pieces, he went back with proof that we hadn’t consumed them, but they still refused to issue a full refund. I cannot recommend this location to others. It’s evident that there have been changes in ownership or management, and they are not properly preparing and storing food. Others have also mentioned the unpleasant smell upon entering the establishment. I believe it may be necessary to alert the health department. For health reasons, I suggest that until this issue is resolved, you eat at your own risk."

"Tom's Famous Family Restaurant #24 is easy to find, sitting streetside in a small plaza. Walking in, I noticed first that the place looked clean... Almost sterile. I was surprised right away to see a three-foot tall robot talking and delivering mealsfrom the open kitchen to the dining room! How fun is that?! We ordered at the counter. A QR on our chosen table didn't work, butthe one at the register gave online access to the menu. Of course, a menu sign hung over the waffle-House-style kitchen forthose who preferred it. Prices were fairly reasonable and we paid in advance at the counter. I didn't leave a tip on the bill,assuming we'd be served by R2D2. But it was a human who served coffee and soda to our table. Shortly after, two piping hotbreakfast plates appeared. The food was fresh and well cooked, but I prefer a bit more seasoning on the eggs and hashbrowns. Mybiscuits and gravy was delicious and the chicken-fried steak; tender and tasty, properly smothered in gravy. Service wasreasonably good, although I had to walk to the counter to ask for ketchup, only to be told to scavenge it from another table. Idid leave a tip in the tip jar. All in all, worth a visit!"

"We've been ordering from this restaurant for years, and this is the first time I've had a negative experience. Usually, they are on top of their game, but our order tonight (Tuesday) was a complete disaster. We were feeling lazy and decided to go for delivery, which took over an hour to arrive. When it finally did, the food was cold—barely even warm. Additionally, they got part of our order wrong, but at that point, I felt it wasn't worth raising a fuss. I called the restaurant to express my frustration about the long delay, and the lady I spoke with was understanding and offered a compensation for our next order. I really hope this isn't a sign of things to come."
