"This place is a late-night spot for fried chicken. The food is just average – the fried chicken sits under a heat lamp and comes with a subpar roll. While the menu looks extensive, I wouldn't trust most of it for my stomach. If the chicken isn’t cooked fresh, well, you can guess the rest. The staff can be a bit moody, but the customers seem to pose quite a challenge, based on what I saw during my visit."

I noticed that they don't wear their mask when serving food.

The food is decent, but the restaurant could use some cleaning, and the staff should be more attentive.

This restaurant is fantastic for what it offers—a fast food chicken joint that delivers a tasty chicken sandwich.

I discovered a piece of metal in my burger when I bit into it. Thankfully, I noticed it in time and didn't swallow it. If I had, it could have been very serious.

Nice clean place always provides fresh food. The man in the back that cooks is disrespectful inappropriate needs 2 be fired but the older man that's in the front is very nice respectful despite having 2 deal with all the ratchet project people across the street

The man serving the food dose not use gloves and it is irritating that every time I ask him to put gloves on he gets rude and disrespectful with me . If your working with food you should use gloves period. He said he don't want to and he won't serve mesmh. His hands had ice cream on them but still decided to serve chicken to customers smh

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
