"I’m giving this restaurant two stars mainly for the good service; otherwise, the food was disappointing and quite pricey. We ordered the sampler plate for our meal, and while the ribs were the highlight, they were over-smoked. The pulled pork was dry and had an unpleasant taste, and the brisket was also not good. The sides were average. I almost forgot to mention the appetizer: we tried the pulled pork egg rolls. I didn't enjoy them much, but my wife thought they were okay. The BBQ sauce tasted almost entirely like molasses with very few spices. In a good BBQ place, seasoning, sauce, and smoking techniques are crucial, and they definitely need improvement. The sampler dinner cost $30, which felt excessive given the amount of meat served and the lack of flavor I expected."
