"I get that things can get hectic in a busy restaurant or bar, as I've worked in that environment myself. However, I really couldn't understand the level of disrespect exhibited by the staff. The sign says to order here, but with people crowding around and no clear indication of where to stand, it was confusing—how can you expect customers to know? In all my 46 years, I've never felt as belittled as I did during this visit. When we finally managed to get a bartender’s attention, he was rude and dismissive. Owners, please consider training your staff to treat customers with kindness."
