"My wife and I have dined at Short Hills several times and have always enjoyed our meals. However, our most recent visit with another couple who had never been there was quite disappointing. We had just an hour before graduation, and our waitress had a rather unfriendly attitude. One of our friends ordered a hot corned beef sandwich, but it was served cold, and the waitress seemed annoyed that she had to take it back to the kitchen. My potato pancakes were overcooked and lacked flavor. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience."

"If I could give zero stars I would... Ordered a small Stromboli n fries took them a hour to deliver to my house which is 13 minutes from the store. My food was completely cold. They refused to refund my money to the card I paid for it with. Refused to send me a refund with the delivery driver. The young girl on the phone told me they aren't allowed to refund over the phone nor allowed to refund to l there the delivery driver and I had to wait until a magnet came in sometime tomorrow for a refund.. needless to say I got my money back today!! I had to actually go into the store for my refund.. but I truly suggest not to do business here. So rude n nonprofessional to the fullest."

"This man is extremely rude he doesn’t know how to talk to people. He don’t know how to take responsibility for the messed up order. The Stromboli was completely raw. the dough was not cooked at all literally as if was just heated in the microwave. He was upset because I had bite into it it to find out it was raw so he said I can’t get a refund this is not ok you don’t talk to people like they are dogs this is establishment which should be understanding of customers reactions and concerns regarding their hard work money going waste. If I was you, I would never ordered from this place this please deserve 0 star."

"I ordered a mushroom cheesesteak with fried onions and a order of chicken nuggets. Order came very fast. But there were no mushrooms on my steak anywhere I looked!! So I called back to the store to tell them that there were no mushrooms on my steak.He said wait a minute Ms. I could hear him asking the cook about the mushrooms. Then he comes back to me and said the cook saidthat the mushrooms were in the middle of my steak. And I said there is no mushrooms on my steak. "Dana is the best waitress here, hands down. One of us ordered the breakfast combo (pancakes, scrambled eggs w/cheese, turkey bacon, turkey sausage). The other guest ordered the California burger with mushrooms sauteed onions as extras on it. The burger was cooked to perfection and very tasty. I like how the burger combos come with fries, pickle, coleslaw a choice of soup. For under $20 you can't beat that price. Portion sizes are very hearty here. Service was excellent, spacious seating booths, adequate parking. A hidden diner gem in the far NE that I thoroughly enjoyed. Don't hesitate stopping past here for a hearty meal great customer service. And see if u can get Dana too."

"This store is just disgusting and unprofessional honestly if you ask me … over ordered from here maybe twice the lady at the front desk she’s either has a different color eye or something’s going on her nose is constantly running n that alone is just ugh ….. not to mention my second time ordering from here I received food that had hair in it I opened the food n took a fry out to give to my toddler daughter just to realize there was multiple strands of dark hair in my French fries I called to resolve the issue and all they had to say was she doesn’t handle food which is a lie because my first time ordering there I went inside she dropped my French fries this place is just nasty and unprofessional I understand some people the guy who works there argued me down saying everyone wears hair nets which is also a lie Im constantly in the neighborhood n I walk past this store all the time nobody ever wears hair nets let alone wash their hands in between orders"

"Stopped by for a last minute dinner since no one knew what to eat plus just being overall tired and hot to make dinnerPicked up a grilled chicken caesar salad for my husband, a turkey and cheese hoagie for myself and a Philly cheesesteak for my stepson. The woman at the register was very nice and it was just her and a young man behind the counter. The establishment was clean (no one else was there when we went a little after 7 pm and stocked with chips and beverages. This was our first time and took some time to look at the menu and decide. The woman behind the counter must have noticed and offered to help. My husband said he really enjoyed the chicken caesar salad; as for my turkey and cheese sandwich: not sure if it’s an option but for personal preference, I found the turkey to be too thick sliced and next time, I would ask if it can be thinly sliced..and also I would ask for a little more lettuce and tomato (again, just personal preference! My step son said his cheese steak was good (No pic he ate it way later on that night coming home from work The staff was super nice which made the experience great..I would try other items for next time but we did find it a bit on the pricier side."

"I have been living in West Philadelphia for ages and never ordered from Accu. A friend of mine got food it was delicious. I asked her for the info and was led to a hidden gem. Every-time I call to order I am met with a pleasant and efficient attendant. My food is always made correctly! I have been trying items I don’t normally eat lately. Even though I may not like them they are prepared with love and consistency. I appreciate this place and hope they have nothing but success!!"
