"I took our son and his friend to Blu Seafood. Our waiter, James, was incredibly attentive and made our experience memorable. For an appetizer, I had the crab mac and cheese, which was the best I've ever tasted. At our table, we ordered salmon, NC trout, and steak. The salmon was delicious, but despite coming from Seattle, it didn't quite blow us away. The NC trout was a bit disappointing. However, the steak was succulent and cooked to perfection. In total, including dessert and a cocktail, our bill was $160. I would rate it as an $80 meal. It was a lovely evening, but I don't feel the need to rush back."
