"What a fantastic spot to stop for a meal! The food was absolutely delicious. The cornbread appetizer was surprisingly addictive—light and fluffy! They occasionally offer grilled artichokes, which aren't on the regular menu, but you definitely need to try them; they’re simply delightful. Each of these two appetizers was a burst of flavor that left my mouth watering just thinking about them. The fish we ordered was cooked to perfection—flaky and practically melting in my mouth. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, and she quickly recommended a lovely wine pairing for my meal. Overall, it was an outstanding dining experience. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Napa so I can enjoy the Rutherford Grill again."

"This is my most favorite place to eat out here! They have the best home cooked food and unlike Southern they actually have mashed potatoes here and they are not made from a box they are actually potatoes mashed up, their delicious!!! Play have a fresh meat area and an ice cream area in there also. A huge dining room for plenty of people, party's or meetings. If they was a little bit cheaper and it wasn't so busy all the time where it takes so long to get in and get your food they would have five stars"

"Ordered curbside carryout from Red Hot and Blue’s Annapolis location on Christmas Eve afternoon. I have missed Red Hot Blue so much since I moved to the Delaware seashore several years ago. My order was packed perfectly, ready on time and every item was correct, which is so important when you live two hours away. We selected a 4-pack meal with pulled chicken, slider buns, potato salad, cole slaw and collard greens, as well as a rack of ribs, half dry, half wet. Everything was absolutely delicious. The potato salad was just as I remembered it, a perfect balance of texture, seasonings and just enough mayo. Everyone was thrilled with the meal."

"I wish I could give this 10 stars! We are100 percent BBQ snobs. This place has officially dethroned our favorite in Florida and that is saying a lot! Collard greens are my love language and these will make you want to slap yo momma and grandma! What??!! The BBQ sauce, hush puppies, and more are all on point. Yes it’s busy and yes you will have to wait but get over it you’re on southern time. They move you through quickly and oh so southern friendly. Honestly, I won’t be mad if we eat here everyday until we go back to Florida. We have found heaven on earth! Let me be clear my husband eats carnivore and I eat vegetarian so you know it’s good when a vegetarian writes a review of 10 outta 10!"

"Pit master didn 't change his gloves when he left from behind the counter into the dining room touching the front door, railings, putting his gloved hands in his front pockets then he came to cut my brisket with the dame gloves on I had to stop him and tell him to change those filthy gloves that he cross contaminated with. I spoke to a manager after they read my Yelp review he seemed not too overly concerned that it didn 't happen, but it did. My family has eaten here for over 100 years, and this is what happens after the old heads are gone. I will eat @Terry Blacks BBQ from now on cleaner and nicer."

"It was a fast lunch and they got a pretty good lunch for a decent price. I have the fried shrimp food. You get warm garlic rolls, the BEST Caesar salad I've ever eaten, and a free drink (to be wine, beer or soft drink) and your entrée. And you have to keep your cup too lol. The waiter was also super cool! You can't hit this deal. My whole food was fresh and delicious. I have to come back to dinner. The menu is also huge! Nice restaurant 4 safe!"

"I really enjoyed my meal here. The staff was extremely friendly and service was great. My whole meal was great. Seems like a nice local spot for families. My only con was the restroom. The first thing I did when I went was wash my hands and I was prettydisgusted by it. The food could?ve been great but if the restroom was nasty and the customers can see it, how does the kitchenlook? The one place we should feel comfortable that was CAN NOT see. So after washing my hands, I was basically turned off.Thank you for a great service though, I really did enjoy my night there."

"We ordered for 4 people. My sister got the catfish dinner. She only got 2 or three small thin pieces of fish. Fries limp and not hot. My mother got the chicken fried steak, it was huge. She was excited until she cut into it, it was overcooked and dry. Not enough gravy for that size of chicken fried steak. Everything else was great. I got the oklahoma sampler it was great. I changed the sausage to hotlink."

"I recently went on vacation in the area and I will never be back due to this restaurant. This restaurant was very casual, people dining in athletic shorts and collared shirts. On their website you have to go to the home page then contact us link, then dining guidelines, this brings you to a website where you’ll find the dress code “hats, tank tops, flip flops, and team athletic attire too casual for our restaurant.” My partner and I were singled out and given a card with our receipt, it said to observe the dress code on our next visit. Nothing we were wearing was in violation of the dress code, but we were disrespected with this card anyway? I have no problem following a dress code, I have a big problem with being passively aggressively disrespected after already paying 300 for our meal and giving a 60$ tip. I feel we were discriminated against and disrespected for no reason."

"In terms of kid-friendliness, I noticed many families dining there with their children, and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. My friend and I ordered the soup and salad bar, and I had the potato soup, which I think had broccoli in it—either way, it was delicious. I also enjoyed some tea, and we both left feeling quite full and satisfied. As for parking, we found a spot in the handicap area right by the front door. Regarding wheelchair accessibility, I believe they have accommodations, but I didn't check the specific location since I didn’t need to use them. Overall, a pleasant dining experience!"

"During our first visit, we chose to sit outside, and the place was quite busy. After waiting a few minutes for a server, we eventually had a waitress, and the service turned out to be excellent. We started with the buffalo chips topped with brisket and speck, which were fantastic (though they could have been a bit warmer). I ordered the pulled pork, brisket, and turkey, while my son enjoyed the wings. Everything was delicious, and the portion sizes were generous. Our server mentioned that they were shorthanded due to a call from the hostess. Having been a waitress myself, I understand how challenging it can be to manage a busy restaurant when you're short-staffed. Overall, we had a great experience, and I look forward to returning."

"Okay, as far as I love what I bought from here. Everything was spiced and the Ribs, pulled pig had needed the smoke to make it tasteful. The Mac and the cheese were the perfect mix of pasta and cheese and was delicious. The crowned greens had just enough of a light vinegar taste together with turkey muokiness. The corn base was tasty and the corn bread was very good. The only con I discovered was the grain fritter too greasy. The Caribbeanly seasoned chicken is hot spirit pepper, so be careful if you can't handle it, don't understand. Now this becomes a gothic place for the southern food search. Now this small place has what to go with its taste profiles and well seasoned food toe with all major competitors. I have recently tried Brothers Smokehouse in Ramsey, NJ and was not impressed, so I must say that they are new, but all positive reviewers may not have tasted real southern pit smoked BBQ or those well seasoned pages. I will say give Big Daddy's Home Plate a try and you will certainly not be disappointed."

"I relied on my co-workers nearby to take me to lunch and Mesquite Oak was a bit of a ways from the office but I was mostly there for a social visit so it wasn't that big of a deal that we took a longer lunch than normal. If I didn't have a local as a guide I might have missed it. I don't think I would have noticed the seafoam green storefront across from a church. We got there a little before 1130 so it wasn't super busy and it allowed me to sit back and look at their menu. While I was tempted by their breakfast options I decided to go with their brisket plate. They do a modified Texas style for bbq, where they carve it up for you. I was asked if I like burnt ends and so they gave me an extra bit of that charred goodness along with the Cowboy beans and potato salad. I was hesitant about the beans but I was told they were good and they didn't disappoint. The brisket was cut pretty thickly and it was like if KC burnt ends and Texas brisket had a genius baby, no need for sauce but plenty of the tasty seasoned bark. I left happy and satisfied, the best business lunch I had this trip."

"We were looking for a place for dinner the night we got in to town from a long road trip. La Maria had good reviews and it was close by, so we stopped in. The service was good and the food was fine, it ended up being over $90 for our family of 6, and something I thought was ?weird? was the highly touted ?cheese puff? which I had never heard of and the pictures made it look yummy! It was a fried corn tortilla that was made in to a bowl, turned upside down, and then a Kraft single was melted on the top. Overall it was a decent experience, but nothing so spectacular that I?m wanting to go back any time soon. The staff was polite, service was good, environment was clean and taken care of, food was tasty."

"As an Asheville native I have been frequenting 12 Bones since it was in a little box of a building in the river arts district. I had declared I would cater 12 Bones at my wedding since I was in middle school. 12 Bones did not disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious and the price was unbeatable for almost 200 guests.
