"Corner market and Cafe is a gas station with a small restaurant inside in Grayson County VA. It sits about 25 miles outside of the nearest town and about 15 miles below Grayson Highlands State Park where the Appalachian trail runs through. This is a gas station and cafe combined, but they also sell some local baked goods and now have a little coffee bar/shop in the back. The cafe is on the small side but they do have some outdoor patio seating for the warmer months. It's basically comfort food and burgers. They have anything from pinto beans and cornbread to burgers and fries. I've eaten here several times while visiting my family and the food has been consistently good. Last night my mom had pinto beans, cornbread, Mac n cheese, and baked apples. I had a 1/2 lb cheeseburger with bacon and fries and my stepdad had the hamburger steak. They do tend to stay busy due to the location so you may have to wait a little. They have been short staffed as with everywhere each time I've been in, however with that being said the food comes out pretty quick. Tina has been the server each time I've been so tip her well."
