"I was in the area around lunch time and checked my options on social media. Some of the reviews suggested that a take-out might be a better option then a sit-in. Too many people complained about a 30 min to an hour wait. Today could not be a 3 Martini two hour lunch so I opted for the take-out. The plus side was that the wait time was a short 10 minutes. The ingredients: ham, salami, lettuce, tomato, onion, oil and vinegar and bun were fresh on my Classic Italian Sub. They have a lot of sandwiches to choose from. Prices are fair but other restaurants are a bit cheaper in the area. The sub was $9 and it was not stuffed. The Rockaway River runes next to the cafe and they have outside seating. The downside is that you can't really see the river. Main street on the other hand is clearly visible. On the other side a small parking area is next to the train tracks. The interior has a comfortable ambiance verging on outdated. The furniture was Cracker Barrelish with interesting wallpaper. The potbelly stove fit perfectly. There were about 8 customers dining at the time. I saw one table that was not cleared while I was there. It's BYOB with Italian, American cuisine with lots of seafood choices. Things were were interesting enough that I might come back for dinner. Show less"

"I made a mistake and somehow gave my neighbors address instead of mine for contactless delivery. After an hour and a half of waiting and not receiving an email from Slice informing us that there was an attempt to deliver our food, I called Logan’s, and they said that the delivery person waited 20 minutes and left the food. Well, they lied, and Instead of leaving it at my neighbor's door, they took our order and resold it. When they resold the pizza, the Slice app continued to say “out for delivery.” Not only that, but my neighbors confirmed that the delivery person waited less than 10 mins. I called Logan’s pizza back and explained to them what my neighbor told me. The man was rude and had an attitude talking over me after I acknowledged and confirmed that the order had the wrong address but that I selected the leave at the door option and that they should’ve left the pizza at the door, he kept stating, “oh but who was it that put in the wrong address? Yeah yeah, that’s what I thought. Talk to Slice. That’s not our problem.” We had prepaid for our food and even gave the driver a 25% tip. Fortunately, Slice did refund us but Logan's pizza stole my money and lied to me. I have never had food from here before and was excited to get our order because it sounds delicious but 100% will not be ordering from here again, especially when they have someone working there who doesn't know how to treat people with respect.I checked all of the reviews and found plenty of other people have experienced the same poor customer service and rude tactics by this facility. Please save your money and order from somewhere else.The picture I posted is not a reply to my review but from another dissatisfied customer. Logan's response to Lauren M’s review says it all. Also what is with all the grammar errors, numerous misspelled words, and beligiant tone from Logan's response. Lol. Unprofessional doesn't begin to describe this business."

"we arrived around 5:00 PM and it was not crazy crowded. By the time we left the place was full. Friendly greeters and prompt seating. Friendly server and very helpful creating for our granddaughter. "We were visiting Effingham and were recommended this place. We absolutely loved it! I ordered the firehouse burger, waffles, and banana cake, while my friend had roasted chicken, potatoes, green beans, and apple cake. Everything was delicious! The staff were lovely, the service was excellent, and the food was fantastic! We live about two hours away, but we would definitely come back just to eat here!"

"I had a delicious breakfast in a charming atmosphere. While the prices were slightly higher than I anticipated, it's understandable given the location in Los Gatos and the associated rental costs. However, the portion sizes were quite generous! We both had enough leftovers for lunch later that day. The service was friendly and attentive. I would definitely go back!"

"If it weren’t for an issue with the server, the experience at this Applebee’s would’ve been a 5 out of 5. Our server brought our dessert AND the check BEFORE my partner and I had even finished our entree. I took a picture because I’ve never experienced this before. Our dessert had ice cream and a hot brownie, which meant the ice cream began melting while we were still finishing our main course. And then having the check at the table when dessert arrives doesn’t quite make you feel welcomed. More so like we are being expected to leave soon. How disappointing for our Massachussets visit. Everything else like the food, prices and atmosphere were good at this restaurant. I hope all guests can be treated fairly and consistently."

"I ordered the Baked macaroni and cheese on a Friday. The color was extremely orange unlike most macaroni and cheese. It was served on a very hot plate but the food was barely even warm. It feels like they heated the plate, not the actual food as advertised on their menu. The taste was mediocre at best. It could have possibly tasted better if it was actually baked. The cheese did not taste like real cheese but more like from a can. This is not a dish I would recommend unless they actually serve it as advertised on their menu. I also tasted the grilled cheese, French fries and cole slaw which was really good. The best part of my Southfork experience was the awesome waitress Debbie Rose Dinardo. This waitress went above and beyond with a smile and just great service from her. Southpark, Debbie Rose Dinardo is a gem. Keep her busy!!Thank you Debbie!"

"The first time you ever come to one of these places. I live south and they have no legends locations south. My family came for lunch. I felt bad for the server. She seemed completely alone and overwhelmed. But she did a great job. We shared a smoked fish dip cup. It wasn't very delicious. It is usually served with a lemon and a hot sauce, maybe even tomatoes. This had only some plucked jalapeños on the top and one side of salins and corn chips. For our meals, 2 people share the shrimp pool. I had the black bean burger without bread. My daughter had the chicken benches and pommes, and my other daughter had the Mahi Mahi sandwich with pommes. My burger came up with Swiss cheese, tomatoes, red onion and arugula. It was good. I liked the Pommes, but everyone else said they don't like them. My daughter liked her Mahi-Mahi sandwich. It was pretty big and she couldn't finish it. She took the other half home. But she didn't take her fries. My son and my daughter loved the Po-Junge Shrimp sandwich. They ended it and all their fries even though they said they don't like them. My daughter only ate one of her chicken pliers. I tried a bite and they were really good. My son also tried some and liked them. She said they were fine. We all had water, so I can't comment on the drinks. The food came out very quickly. Our bill was $86 before the tip. Apart from the fries and being underoccupied, I think this is a pretty good place to go."

"We can in for a girl's day. It took the bar tender forever make a drink. Quiet honestly I was there for 45, mins before the bar tender made my drink. And the waitress came up and told me she kept forgetting..... There were maybe four other tables in the whole restaurant. It took them almost 1 hr 30 mins to bring our food out. The food was good. It was warm, not hot but warm. I got the fiesta lime chicken and three cheese chicken penne. The pasta was perfect and cheesey and chicken was great. The last time I ate here the wait was horrible as well, and my fiesta lime chicken was Burt to a crisp. And I mean actually black, hard burnt. This time, it was cooked right but you can tell it had been sitting under the warming lamp too long. My tortilla strips were rubbery, and soggy....they out waaaayy too much of the lime sauce on top of the chicken. And as usual the rice was flavorless, dry, and rubbery. But all in all it was alright."

"First of all, I have been coming to this diner for years. It is a great diner that we as a community need. After Covid, some of our community restaurants did not make it, but this one did I am so grateful! I understand it has been difficult for them, but I’m happy to see that they’re open every day again! I gave it three stars for the atmosphere because they need to do some updates, and they need to do some rearranging, but everything else was great. Service was very prompt and professional. Food was delicious as always! Vegetarian options: Veggie burger, spinach, pie, veggie Panini, veggie wrap, salads, Tempeh. Parking: Many spots to park. "They still offer all-you-can-eat boneless wings, and I'm so glad I didn’t miss out on that experience. My friend and I tapped out after our third serving. The first plate included seven boneless wings, and the subsequent servings came with four each. I tried the Garlic Parmesan first (which I found to be soggy and overly greasy), then the Buffalo (tasted like Red Hot sauce), and finally the Asian Chili (which I really disliked—it reminded me of some carry-out beef dish whose name I can’t recall, but I just don’t like that flavor). The Buffalo wings were definitely the best. The fries were good too—not soggy at all and nicely crisp. The coleslaw only came with the first plate, and I would have preferred that over the ranch, which had a flavor reminiscent of blue cheese, for some reason. Lastly, we used the restrooms, and while there was a bit of mess, they were mostly clean and smelled really nice—like a whole bunch of raspberries. I don't usually eat at Applebee's (maybe once a year), but I think I could see myself coming back to this location next year."

"My husband and I went to Nora's on recommendation from our friends for our anniversary. It was a true delight! The food Oh! was amazing. I had the Sabzi, so fresh! The hummus, a dream! The staff was just cool and comfortable. I had a cake brought there in advance to surprise my husband. The did so great with signals on when to bring it out, it was hilarious my husband had no idea. We will definitely be making Nora's a regular visit when we are in Dallas. I recommend it highly!"

"Franco's makes the best pizza in the WB area. I've been a fan of Franco's for years, going way back to when they were still Frank's, further down the street. Wonderful family business that has friendly hard working staff ready to help, answer questions, and accommodate any special food requests (for allergies other food sensitivities). I can't recommend Franco's enough try it you'll be a repeat customer too. Kid friendliness: My ten and seven year old nephews love Franco's. The staff are very kid friendly."
