"I'm giving 5 stars for the bartender who took care of me tonight, and the wings! The bartender's name was Kristen, not sure if she spells it with and e or an I Anyways, she was awesome. Very attentive and accommodating. It was a really busy Friday night, as I came late planning to have a few drinks at the bar and some food on my way home from work. (I'm also a bartender/server myself so i got here late) Kristen greeted me promptly and made my drinks exactly how I asked (I was by the server well so I watched her make them). She was nice and genuine during conversation and throughout my entire experience. I asked her opinion on some of their wing sauces and I'm glad I chose the sauce I did! I got the hot honey BBQ wings and the sauce was delicious! However, I mostly want to compliment the wing quality when it comes to the food. I'm a really picky wing eater and hate when wings seems chewy or have too much dark meat. All the meat in the wings were white and cooked to a perfect crisp. Not to mention the price of them, especially now! For 10 it was only 14. Much less than many places and the quality is there. I recommend stopping in if you haven't been here before, whether its for drinks or food. I haven't tried a lot of food but I will come here specifically alone for the the wings food wise. If I'm planning to come for drinks for myself or with friends I will always try to sit on Kristen's side of the bar because she was so wonderful! Thank you!"

"We had a fantastic experience with our waiter, Hassan, who was very attentive to our food and drink needs. The food was delicious, especially the shrimp and Cajun fries, although we did have to send the fries back and wait an extra 20 minutes for fresh ones. The seafood boil, which included crab legs, corn on the cob, shrimp, and clams, was also delightful, and the presentation in large bags was quite unique. However, we deducted one star due to the flat Diet Pepsi and being informed that the iced tea contained sugar. Additionally, the bathroom was not clean."

"I was disappointed with the service during my visit. The restaurant wasn't busy, yet the waitstaff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves. I had to get up to refill my drink myself. My étouffée lacked flavor and was underwhelming. However, my friend ordered the black cat dish, which was quite delicious. Additionally, the bread pudding that was showcased looked nothing like what I received. When I requested a refund for the bread pudding, I was informed that only one specific manager could authorize refunds, but there was no manager available at that moment. I ended up waiting about 15 minutes for them to show up."

"I would not recommend…hostess apparently didn’t think it was worth speaking, the waiter was new to being a waiter and just could not manage a party of 6 and the food was mediocre. I’m sorry to say we were very disappointed"

"Our waitress was super sweet. Ordered the grouper after one small bite I was done with my plate. I have eaten fish my entire life from several different restaurants and never in my life have I ever had any that bad, and I am not only referring to the fishy smell. However, when I brought it to the attention of the waitress, she apologized and offered to bring me something else. I had still planned to pay for the dish being that I ordered it, however the waitress removed it from the bill and wrote a note apologizing again. The appetizers were pretty good, and my niece enjoyed her chicken tenders. Overall, it wasn't the best experience and could use a little a help, however it was not the worst dining experience I have ever had. "This was our first time visiting and it was early afternoon on a Friday so there weren't many people there yet. It was happy hour so drinks were discounted along with some other items. For us the service was food was good. When the main course wasserved it was in a big plastic bag (seafood boil). You get to choose your own spice level. I wanted an additional piece ofcorn and potato with my order which was no problem. We did carry some food home and they knotted that bag and put it in anotherbag no mess and spilling in the car. If you're thinking about trying it I wanted to invite some friends over for a seafoodboil but the weather turned cool pretty quick so this worked. I suggest you give it try."

"I have not visited the restaurant on a Friday or Saturday night, but whenever I go for my chef salads, they are consistently delicious. The waitresses are always friendly and welcoming. While waiting for my food, I sometimes visit the bar for a drink or two and always have a good time chatting with the bartender or other patrons enjoying happy hour. It seems to be a popular spot in Whiteville on Friday nights, as I can see all my local friends gathered in the parking lot, laughing and enjoying the lively atmosphere. Overall, the experience is always fun and welcoming."

"I’ve never been to this restaurant before so me and a friend decided to give it a try mind you! the food was amazing but the service was trash. Our bartender, and waitress because we stayed at the bar took 45 minutes just to give us our appetizer that was just a soup took an additional hour for us yo get our crab boil and had to wait over 20 minutes just to get our drinks refilled while she was fraternizing with other customers and taking shots with them. This is a franchise restaurant not a hood bar the bartender is not supposed to be taking shots with a customers there and I personally think she definitely overcharge me Comping food stealing the money on the side because her is energy was sus and was so weird , the restaurant. Personally, I think it could be a great atmosphere and a good place but their management needs to be mindful of who they working with. I will get this three out of the five star just because my service was trashy people really need to get your life together in the restaurant industry in Philadelphia."

"If you want the best seafood in Corolla, this is the place for you! John, the friendly host will greet you at the door and add your name to the list. You might wait for a table, wait for the menus and wait for your order to be taken. Then wait for your food to be delivered. But it will be worth the wait! The food is hot, fresh and well prepared. You won?t find better on this end of the Outer Banks, and probably not for the next 20 miles. The coronavirus has hit all businesses, and this one is no exception. They are short on staff, but they make up for it by serving up the best seafood around. We had 6 in our party, and really only waited about 10 minutes. Among us, we ordered the shrimp platter, the oyster platter, the fish platter and the shrimp tacos. Each selection was hot and delicious. And it arrived in about the same time as you would expect from most restaurants. They also have a nice bar with a great selection of adult beverages. Look for the large gray building in the shopping center where everything else is painted yellow. There is plenty of parking. It?s upstairs, and the stairs are steep, so be careful. If you don?t want to climb them there is an elevator on the street side of the building. We stay on the north end of the Outer Banks when we visit, and this is our ?go to? restaurant. Try and it will be one of yours too. , the owner and your friendly host."

"The owner Afrim ? , his wait staff and chef did a wonderful job. Afrim makes it a point to visit each table and greet the customers, the wait staff is attentive without being intrusive and the food is spectacular! The menu is extensive but they always have a full list of specials and they are generally what we end up ordering. With this restaurant being a BYOB you can bring an outstanding wine of your choice and the total bill is then very reasonable."

"The hostesses were exceptionally rude, almost like mini dictators. There were plenty of empty seats, yet when we tried to sit at a high-top table by the bar, the hostess snapped at us that we couldn't sit there. She didn't even bother to offer us a waiting list or help us find another spot, despite the restaurant not being full. We opted to put our names down for a table instead, hoping to get seated at the bar. Because we were just two waiting for a third member of our group, the second hostess coldly informed us that we wouldn't be seated until everyone was present. It wasn't just what they said, but the way they said it—it felt like they took pleasure in being unkind. As for the food, it was mediocre at best. The firecracker shrimp, for instance, looked less than appealing (as shown in the photo). They weren't crispy and seemed like they came from a can—neither great nor terrible. Additionally, the restaurant insists on serving all your food at once instead of bringing out appetizers first. Overall, there were too many arbitrary rules for a place that doesn't offer much in terms of quality."

"We loved this place ! Scott got the seafood platter and I got the small flounder plate which came with two large pieces of the freshest fried. Flounder I have had in a long time. We also love the decor. They had Bible verses everywhere very accommodating and the best little waiter we’ve ever had anywhere, they bring fresh fried hush puppies to your table. That were really good. Also, they had a salad bar. That was very good when we are in Whiteville we will definitely be back. Thank you PS 10% by Paying cash. I loved that."

"I ordered chicken strips with fries, a crab roll, corn fritters, and macaroni and cheese for $17 plus some change. Unfortunately, it was definitely not worth the price. I wonder if the restaurant is under new management. Overall, my first experience was disappointing. This is not the Mister Fish I remembered."

"Although I am new to Ocean City, my wife has been coming here since she was a child. The Sindia has always been a family tradition for us when we visit. This cozy restaurant has extremely friendly staff and delicious food. During our visit last year, we were informed that business was slow due to a decrease in tourists in the area. If you are in the area, please consider stopping by to support this local business and experiencing the welcoming atmosphere. You will not be disappointed."
