"The restaurant was quite empty, and I noticed Christmas decorations still displayed in April, along with numerous cameras monitoring every corner, bite, drink, and conversation in the dining area. Unfortunately, the almond chicken was overcooked to the point where the outer edge was inedible. On a positive note, the cheese crab, or crab Rangoon, was the best I've ever tasted. However, the fried rice was disappointing; it lacked flavor, color, and was nothing but dry, unseasoned brown rice, which is usually a standout at Chinese restaurants. Our server was excellent, though the dishes arrived a bit too quickly. Having worked in several restaurants, both casual and upscale, I was disappointed by the presentation of my dish, as there were no clean edges on my plate and gravy had spilled over into its separate bowl."
