"Well, we arrive and the place is pretty much empty. It was VERY CLEAN, loved the music playing, and the food was GREAT, with generous portions. I loved that. They got two stars because once inside and listening to the customers and my waiter, I feltlike I was in the ghetto. Who seats customers without some type of eating utensils? We ordered shrimp, French fries, cold slaw,and calamari. I never use my fingers to eat, unless I am only eating crabs. We had to ask for eating utensils, and they give youthese small containers of dipping sauce. I spent 50 plus dollars, I feel I should have gotten better service and I still don'tknow why we got separate tickets when I said we were together. I loved the food. But, the service has a lot left to be desired.I would eat in a Crafty Crab again but not at the Richmond South location."
