"honestly disappointed by my first and only experience in this facility, especially after I heard such wonderful things from a close friend. for beginners our waitress was very impatient and very rude. they took a stance on a misunderstanding on their part, which was shocking when considering that most foods are not freshened. I ordered general Tso chicken and the brokkoli with which it came was cold on the touch. When I asked the waitress about it, she said that the brokkoli decoration is so that it is not necessary to warm it up. I've eaten this dish for 20 years. the broccoli was always boiled to the temperature of the chicken. the manager had the same bad attitude. this device is nothing but an overpriced, disguised China wok. you better go to the shopping center and get Chinese food there. it will be a third of the price with better quality service and eat."

"We recently celebrated a birthday party for one of our group at Jacky's. It was a nice touch for the owner to write "happy birthday" in chocolate sauce on the cake and to decorate a candle for the birthday boy. However, a significant part of our experience was the incredibly slow food service. Luckily, we weren’t in a rush, but it took a very long time to receive our food, particularly the sushi. This was by far the slowest service I have ever encountered."

"The gluten free option for the duck was only $2.00 more and well worth it. Portions are large and a take home box very much neccessary. Yhe sesame chicken a friend ordered she said was great as well. The Bo Bo fire appetizer was fun and you get two of all appetizers. The yellow dipping sauce bites back. The other sauce was sweet and smooth. Good price for amount. Lots if gluten free options."

"I ordered Crab Rangoon, Fried Shrimp Shumai, Orange Chicken (served with Steamed White Rice on the side), and Tom Yum Chicken Soup (also with Steamed White Rice). I was trying the Tom Yum Chicken Soup for the first time, and it came in a very generous portion—enough to serve two, I believe—and had a delightful level of spice! Next time, I'll definitely try the Tom Yum Shrimp Soup. I would have loved to order one of their famous smoothies with tapioca, but I was too full. That’s definitely on my list for next time!"

"Great place to grab a mix of Asian cuisine, they've got everything from pan fried noodles to sushi and everything in between. I've eaten quite a bit of the menu as I live pretty close by. The beef and broccoli is great if you're looking for something simple and if you want to jazzy it up you can order it over Osaka pan fried noodles. Osaka has a ton of Sushi options as well and I have yet to be disappointed in the quality. The sashimi is good but I'm more of a nigiri person. I've even gone in and asked to order some sushi rice and som thinly sliced fish so I could attempt to roll my own sushi. Staff is super nice and while service can sometimes be a little slow, it's always good. Overall: It's a solid 4 stars from me and here's why it's 1 shy of 5. The food over the past year has changed with what I assume is new ownership and it's not as good in my opinion, but it's still good. I hope you enjoy UPDATE, be prepared to wait and not get friendly service during COVID-19 lock down. 1 roll of sushi will take 45 min."

"If I could give a zero rating, I absolutely would! We decided to try this restaurant instead of our usual one because my son's girlfriend claimed she loved their food. It turns out she only orders the orange chicken. We spent nearly $190 for eight of us, with most of us trying different dishes. Honestly, I wouldn't even feed this to animals. The egg rolls were packed with peanut butter—I'm not joking, they were overflowing with it! I can understand a mistake or two, but not one person could manage more than a few bites of their meals. The only exception was the orange chicken, which my son's girlfriend enjoyed; we ended up throwing everything else away. And no, I didn't call to complain because they were 30 minutes late and forgot one or two items. Considering the awful food and the high price, they can keep my $200. I will never return. It was absolutely terrible! And believe me, I'm not a picky eater, nor are my friends, so you can imagine just how bad it was!"

"I particularly enjoyed the dim sum, including the chicken feet and spare ribs, which were both very tasty. The vegetable lo mein was also delicious, although I would have liked to see more vegetables in the dish. This lack of vegetables actually reminded me of my travels in Asia, where noodles often come with minimal vegetable accompaniments. The standout dish for me was the hot and sour soup, which was hands down one of the best I have ever had. It had a beautiful smoky flavor to it, adding depth to the dish without overpowering it. Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic and delicious Chinese cuisine."

"I'm currently staying in a hotel from out of town and ordered from this restaurant the following: 2 liter of soda Wonton Soup Lemon Chicken.Instead of a 2 liter I received 3 cans of Coke and was informed they were out of 2 liters. Doing the quick and dirty math a 2 liter is ~67.6 fl oz. A Can of soda is 12 oz. 67/12 5.58. So I should have received a minimum of 5 cans for cost, technically 5.5. So 5 cans or 6.I also received no flatware with which to eat my meal. No chopsticks, no fork, no spoon, nothing.Luckily I was able to go to the lobby and get some disposable flatware, but that meant coming all the way up to my room, unpacking the food, realizing I had nothing to eat it with, and having to go back down to the lobby. Not a huge deal in itself, but when coupled with the soda issue (especially since the soda is already overpriced, but again stuck in a hotel and figured I'd eat the cost to have it delivered rather than making a trip out to the store)."

"This was a go-to place for us to both eat in and take out. It was very good until recently. We're guessing it's under new owners and/or managers. At first, we noticed a bit less sauce that was also saltier. Our takeout order last evening is much worse. The beef in the triple delight is very chewy/fibrous. The shrimp are overcooked and rubbery. The veggies are harder. Very salty. The moo shu pork is a little better but not half the flavor it used to have. The pkum sauce is blander. We tried to oder, and pay for, extra llum sauce but not able to. This is probably our last meal. How sad."

"Ordered some wings, a shrimp roll and a pizza roll. These were good, not amazing but still good, However, never EVER buy fried shrimp from these people, it is disgusting, soggy and unseasoned. That's why this is a 3 star review. BE CAREFUL!"

"Another great sushi spot in the area! Each time we've visited, it's been relatively quiet, and we’ve been seated immediately. One unique aspect compared to some of my other favorite places is their dessert options—like fried ice cream, fried cheesecake, and even fried bananas. I haven't tried any of them yet, but they all sound delicious! Parking is also plentiful."

"Vegans, rejoice! The vegan buffet happens twice a month, and it is amazing. There are multiple options: curries, stir fries, soups, salads and dessert. The buffet is heavy on the mock meats, which I personally enjoy. I had no idea about this place until my mom told me about it. I'm from Austin and we don't have anything like this! Check out their website for the vegan buffet dates and hours."

"This place is an addiction. Before I go further, the szechuan menu is undoubtedly the highlight. We've come here innumerable times, and it has become, at its most infrequent, a weekly drug for us. Recurring dishes include mapo tofu, kung pao tofu, eggplant in garlic sauce, garlic bokchoy, veggie lo mein (it's somehow better without the proteins), spicy crispy fish filets, and tofu fish filets in bean sauce. My girlfriend, who doesn't even like fish, is a big fan of the last two dishes. The portions are very generous, save for the last mentioned dish. The portion for tofu fish filets in bean sauce is downright monstrous (if dining in, it is served in a large casserole dish). We've only encountered one mistake with an order in the past, and it was resolved expediently and professionally. The owner is very kind (and funny). This restaurant is also one of the few places that is outstanding both for dine-in and carry-out. Carry-out is quick and well packaged. I want to order now just writing about this place."

"we (my important other i) may come here just a 2-3 per year, but we always seem to enjoy the eating here. to be honest, we order in the rule only from the sushi page of the menu, but all so often we order from the other options that they usually have nothing bad to say about the art and wise how to eat. the only negatiw that is not a real negative is the prices we sushi eat quite often in front of a southern city location seems to stack here really fast? but again this is not really a big negatiw, just something you have to keep in mind when ordering"

"I am delighted to have dinner from your restaurant tonight, especially after missing out during the pandemic. Your food is always delicious, hot, and perfectly cooked. We drive from Canandaigua just to enjoy your meals and will continue to do so as long as you are open. Keep up the excellent work and friendly service. I adore you."
