"I visited primarily for the Chinese menu, but they also offer a variety of Asian dishes. It's one of the better Chinese restaurants I've been to. The flavors were excellent and consistently good. While it is slightly on the pricey side, it's not too unreasonable. The portion sizes were generous. I found the ma po tofu to be sweeter than I'm accustomed to, so I probably wouldn't order that again. However, we also tried the dumplings, beef lo mein, and orange chicken, all of which I would definitely recommend."

"The food here is not good at all. I wasn't even planning to write a review, but after giving the place another chance, I found it has only gotten worse. I was just chatting with another customer at Sakura who shared his experience at Chan's, mentioning that he got raw chicken with broccoli there, which made him sick. Additionally, I ordered crab Rangoon, and they were either undercooked or exploded everywhere."

"We went for a late birthday dinner on a Saturday night and the restaurant was a teenage hangout on the dining room side and overrun with a rowdy semi-formal college function on the hibachi side (said event relegated our party of five reservation from the hibachi-side to the dining room area). If their atmosphere is like this at Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse on most Saturday nights then you probably want to avoid this place at these times."

"I regret not taking a photo of our food, it was prepared fresh and hot and was so appetizing and delicious we just couldn 't pause to take a picture of it. We got the Dinner Special which comes with the entree, fried rice, and an eggroll. A large meal for sure, we took at least half of ours home with us. I had the Bourbon Chicken, which I highly recommend, but the extensive menu offers many other tempting dishes that I am looking forward to trying. Order at the counter, find a seat at a table, and they will call you back up to the counter when your order is ready. Steady take-out business going on as well while we were there. Parking: Storefront location in a strip mall."

"Overall, the food was good. We visited for dinner around 8:30 PM on a Saturday night, and the restaurant was not very busy. The service was satisfactory at first, but around 8:50 PM, it seemed like all the staff took a break. We tried to be patient and waited for our server to check on us, which he eventually did—about 15 minutes after we finished our meal. While the food itself was enjoyable, the dirty windows and dusty window treatments left a sense of uncleanliness. I'm giving it 4 stars, hoping that the service improves during peak hours. I might consider ordering takeout in the future."

"We have been going to Hoy for years. They serve the best Chinese food and have the best staff! We have tried 80% of the menu and everything has been delicious. There was only one mistake in all these years, but when we informed them, they immediately rectified it. They are a fantastic local business with great people, and one of our favorite spots for a family meal."

"I've been coming to this restaurant since I was a child, and it truly is the best place ever! I should mention that during busy hours, it's a good idea to allow for some extra time when picking up your order, as the place gets quite popular and there are only two employees working. However, I believe the food is definitely worth the wait."

"This restaurant is fantastic—it's undoubtedly the best Chinese takeout in the area, and possibly in the entire capital region. While it's a bit more expensive, the quality justifies the price; you can truly taste the difference. Their food is authentic, not the artificial, MSG-laden, frozen tasting kind. There really isn't anything comparable around here. I urge everyone to give it a try; I want it to succeed! Be sure to sample any chicken dish—you'll notice and appreciate the difference. The chicken is freshly sliced, just like you would make at home!"

"This is the first time we have been to this place. Very spacious and you can sit wherever you feel like. We ordered Szechuan Double Delight from Chef's Specialties and Eggplant with chicken. It had good taste and flavor. In the menu, it has listed as Hot. If you like spicy and hot, then it's not that spicy. Overall, like this place, like the food. I will visit again."

"The food came fresh and delicious. I shared the Singapore noodles with my wife, excellent... Also the soup was excellent (wontone egg drops). We also had dinner rolls that I would not have expected much from a Chinese restaurant, but they were also very good and taught me that the restaurant probably used a special fire grill oven to heat a lot of their food. I noticed it in the noodles too. Don't quote me, but I feel like they add a light Smokey aroma to their food. Enjoy! Almond cookies came with the check, definitely worth the price. We had leftovers to go home with $20."

"Kam Luang has become our go-to spot for comfort food, and we couldn’t be happier. This cozy Chinese restaurant has become a tradition for my husband and me, and we eagerly look forward to ordering from here once or twice a month. The menu at Kam Luang offers a delightful variety of dishes, but some of our favorites include the Chicken and Broccoli, Chicken and Tofu, and the Steamed Veggie Dumplings. Each dish is consistently delicious, with flavors that keep us coming back time and time again. One of the standout aspects of Kam Luang is their reliability. Our food is always ready on time, and the service is consistently friendly and efficient. While we acknowledge that this isn 't necessarily meant to be healthy food, Kam Luang does offer some healthier options, like their steamed veggies and proteins, which are a great choice when we 're looking to eat a bit lighter.Kam Luang has truly become a staple in our household, providing comfort food that hits the spot every single time. Whether you’re in the mood for something indulgent or a bit healthier, Kam Luang has something to offer. We highly recommend giving them a try!"

"I ordered five entrees for my family for dinner and was disappointed to find that the rice was crunchy. This issue affected both the white rice served alongside the entrees and the rice in the fried rice dish. As someone of Chinese descent, I don't consider myself too picky about food, but undercooked rice is definitely a pet peeve of mine. On the bright side, the rest of the food was delicious, and the staff was very polite. It’s a great advantage to have the option of enjoying both Japanese and Chinese cuisine in one place."

"Unfortunately wasn't a big fan. The food was just very bland overrall. While Chinese food tends to usually run pretty salty and flavorful, both the chow fun and Szechuan chicken I tried were lacking in spice, flavor and salt. The fried rice also was a bit soggy and didn't have nearly enough soy sauce. Food was also a tad bit pricier than the average Chinese takeout but the portions were rather generous and the food came out very quickly. If you're expecting spicy food though, this is not the place for it."
