"I have enjoyed the food and cocktails in the past at Room 38, but be aware they do not honor Open Table reservations. On the morning of Oct 31,2016 I made a dinner reservation for November 11 for 6:45. Later that day, Oct 31, I changed the time to 7:00. I have confirmation emails confirming. My group arrived at 7, to be told they did not have that reservation noted. After showing my email confirmation, was then told my reservation was for 5:00. I'm not sure how the reservation is entered in their system, but there was no way I made the reservation for 5:00 because I was attending an event at 5:30, prior to dinner. I was asked if I made the reservation on Open Table and the staff just shrugged when I said yes, after showing my email confirmation. If they do not honor the reservation, they should opt out of Open Table. They were unable to seat us, so we went to 44 Canteen and had a lovely dinner, after a bit of a wait."

"After the most relaxing morning spa treatments, we were looking forward to a nice lunch and Hazelwood Tonka Bay did not disappoint. Our spa attire had us feeling pretty under dressed for indoor seating at this location. I'm sure we would have been fine for lunch but it just seemed more relaxed and comfortable outside. We arrived at shift change and we were asked to wait about 10 minutes for the new server starting their shift. This mention was greatly appreciated in advance so we didn't perceive the lag in introductions as slow service. 5 stars to the host that was on point!! The three of us shared the calamari and didn't leave a crumb. We each ordered a cup of lobster bisque and we all decided we would return simply for these two courses. Our entrees were also incredible. I ordered the halibut special, my daughter ordered a burger and my mom ordered the steak salad. We all were completely content and carried enough leftovers home for another enjoyable meal. I would recommend Hazelwood Tonka Bay for a nice meal of any kind business, girls day, date night or any celebration. Definitely on the spendier side, even at lunch, but you will not be disappointed."

"My husband and I have loved Heidelberg for years, it’s our go-to spot. So we immediately knew we wanted Heidelberg to make our wedding cake when we got engaged! Cake tasting was so fun — the wedding cake coordinator recommended some traditional ones and a unique one. I gave her an inspo photo, and next thing I know, that exact cake was at our reception. It was absolutely beautiful and so tasty. We plan to order a mini version each year for our anniversary. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"I made the res and my buddy did not want to go since he saw very bad service reviews on a site. I googled and there were a few bad service reviews but overall it was good. I convinced him and his wife to go and we were heading to Stones concert. res and by still no food! We kept drinking and had asked several times prior âwhere is our food?â Server said that they are so busy due to concert, but by most of the fans had left for the concert and we still had no food. Mgr said sorry and checked on food and still nothing. Food finally came and it was cold!!!! How is that possible. Cannot give any positive rating when there are so many places like them. DONâT GO HERE! We got our whole check comped, but it is not enough to get me back here. Not worth it at all. there is really no excuse for that type of service."

"Additionally, our food took a long time to arrive, and our water took a while as well. The server tried to upsell special drinks, stating, “Would you like to start with Diet Coke?” which came off more as a statement than a genuine question; usually, restaurants offer water or options first. After we declined dessert, she handed us the dessert menu anyway, and we had to ask for our bill ourselves. Overall, the customer service was subpar, which is unfortunate considering I paid $20 for three fish strips, two bowls of fruit (with one bowl containing rotten strawberries), and nearly didn’t receive my second bowl. It's also worth noting that if you choose to substitute, you only get six tater tots for an additional $2.50 charge."

"Martha's is our favorite bakery in NYC. Their cakes never disappoint. We came across this location while visiting a restaurant nearby. And it seems like this is the only location that has daily deals. So we tried their Monday special $1.50 cupcake and all of them were amazing. If we lived nearby, we would return quite often to take advantage of their daily deals. Our favorite cupcakes were Red Velvet, Carrot, Oreo and Cappuccino."

"Just rude customer service at the Philadelphia Airport Location. Asked for a toasted Asiago bagel, and the woman waved her hands around, looks at me with one of the most condescending looks I’ve received from a service person and says, “we don’t got no bagels.” The way that she said it made it sound like I’d asked to ride a unicorn, like it was so improbable for it to be possible. Mind you, there’s bagels in the grab and go display case, there’s bagel sandwiches advertised behind the sandwich counter, and I’ve literally gotten that same exact order at every Au Bon Pain I’ve been to. It’s the only thing I eat there. I had already grabbed a soup to try before asking about the bagel, or else I would’ve walked out with nothing. Honestly made me feel embarrassed for even asking the question. Soup wasn’t good either, just FYI. Bland tomato bisque."

"If you're in search of a sandwich made with delicious, fresh ingredients, you should definitely visit Duck and Decanter. Their turkey sandwich is simply the best I've ever had! The turkey is incredibly tasty, and the variety of bread is as if it has just come out of the oven. If you're not very hungry or looking to save money, you can opt for a half sandwich for about $5, and it comes with a dill pickle too! With such high-quality and delightful food, it’s clear why Duck and Decanter has been a beloved institution in the Valley for so many years."

"The food was delicious and the server provided excellent service. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, but the noise level was unusually high. This may be due to the open layout and high ceilings. Despite this, as the restaurant is close to our home, we will likely return, although we may prefer quieter dining establishments."

"I rate this place 4 out of 5 stars because the desserts are really hit or miss. I would say most desserts are above average, some are out of this world, and the rest are not very good at all. I have been here a few times and this is my first review of the place.Let me start by saying there are a lot of tables inside and it gets very crowded after dinner time. There are not many sit-in dessert places on bell blvd so many people come here. You may be inches away from the next table but the seating is comfortable and turnover is quick. This particular time that I went, I ordered a slice of berry pie with ice cream and a slice of triple chocolate mousse cake. The berry pie had a crumb top which was nice and toasty. The berries gave the pie a nice tart flavor while the crumb topping added a nice textural component. The flavors of the pie complemented the scoop of vanilla ice cream. The mix of warm and cold and tart and sweet is just amazing. The triple chocolate mousse is made of a layer of white chocolate, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate mousse sandwiched in between layers of dark chocolate cake. I typically do not enjoy desserts that are overly chocolately but somehow this cake breaks that rule. All 3 chocolate mousse layers as well as the cake are rich in chocolate flavor without being achingly sweet. I don’t think I could have finished the piece in one sitting but the few bites I had were heavenly."

"INCREDIBLE food at Sunrise Grill. The goat cheese grits had my mind absolute blown. I had the Flankenstein Benedict breakfast. It's called the Flankenstein. Teryiaki Marinated flank steak Benedict on thick Texas toast, vadalia peach jam, Spinach, buttery holindaise sauce, perfectly poached eggs sprinkled with paprika. Immaculate. The presentation was beautiful and colorful. 100 extra points for a cool pun name!! They have a gourmet coffee bar with great espresso drinks and unique flavors like peanut butter and coconut. It's attached to a cool putt putt course that you can enjoy with the family! The waitress was truly great. Patient, attentive, funny, sweet and had good suggestions. She even gave us a sample of the goat cheese grits. Sweet tea is also southerner approved. DEFINITELY reccomend this place to anybody!! The atmosphere was so cute and comfortable. Restaurant is handicap accessible. The prices were SHOCKINGLY affordable. My Benedict breakfast was only $12!!"

"I was excited to visit Honey Berry Pancakes and Cafe but unfortunately, my experience was less than ideal. I ordered the omelette and hashbrowns along with their specialty pancake. However, I was disappointed to find that the omelette was runny and lacked flavor, while the chorizo inside looked unappetizing. The hashbrowns were even worse - freezer burnt, undercooked, and tasteless. The only redeeming quality was the pancake. I decided to return the rest of the food, and the server was accommodating in removing the omelette and hashbrowns from my bill. It seems like there may be some serious food safety issues at this establishment, as evidenced by other low-rated reviews mentioning finding glass in their food. Eat here with caution."

"We have dined at this restaurant before and the customer service is exceptional. Upon arrival, there were a few napkins under the table. The food came out slightly salty, but the waitress promptly addressed the issue. Despite this, the food was still too salty. I ordered the south of the border skillet, banana coconut pancakes, and a hot latte. We may give them another chance, or I might just cook my own breakfast instead. Recently, I returned and had Molly as my server, who provided excellent customer service. However, the food was even worse than before. My requested extras were forgotten, the food was bland, lacked seasoning, and the hash browns in my skillet were burnt, making it unpleasant to eat. The presentation of the dishes is appealing, but the taste and quality of the food are disappointing. I am uncertain if I will return again, as I have given the restaurant multiple chances to improve. I would like to try something else, but I prefer what I like. The dish I ordered should not be difficult to make, as another restaurant prepares it well. I want to support local businesses, so please improve and get it right."

"I really enjoyed the early breakfast my friend and I grabbed here at this hip little spot I had no never heard about despite living pretty close by for a few years now. I'm not sure when they opened but I'm absolutely delighted that they're here sincemy visit. It was pretty scantily populated (as many would prefer it these days) the morning we paid our visit but it was also arainy day in March. Our server was prompt very polite and she made no hesitation to make suggestions when We mentioned it beingour first visit. Even better than the service was the food and the extremely instagramable decor and furnishing, You can tell agood bit of thought and consideration went into the design and layout of this restaurant and it most certainly paid off, it'sgorgeous! The atmosphere was very chill and gives off a beach house sort of vibe. This place would ve great for any sort ofyoung to older adult, informal to black tie get-together. I'd consider it even just for a birthday brunch. The pictures tell abetter story than I can so check them out!"

"Hazelwood boasts an excellent menu, and the quality of the food surpasses expectations for this price range. I've consistently experienced great service during my visits. While it can get a bit noisy, which I find a little overwhelming, it seems that many restaurants these days prefer this lively atmosphere. It might be challenging for seniors, whether they wear hearing aids or not. I highly recommend trying the Caesar Salad and the Walleye Fish and Chips. Incorporating Walleye into the fish and chips is a brilliant idea, elevating the dish far beyond the usual offerings."
