"these are simply the best bagels in rustester and they offer vegan cream cheese (both their own and tofutti brand) that I did not find in any other bagel shop are offered on site! almost all their bagels are vegan (they are very clear as the few are not) and they offer many other vegan options such as just egg, vegan cheese, vegan sausage crumbs and vegan spoon among others. they are a well-established, well-loved Rochester spinning stack in the district north winton village. historically because of their popularity they would have to expect a line, but their personal is here extremely efficient and even if I have been in a line that stretches out the door, my total waiting time was never, the long. they now also offer online order, an implementation started by covid, and it works very well. they offer curb-side pickup, with the possibility to bring their order directly to their car!"

"I recently went here with my family over the Father?s Day weekend we were tired of our usual spots so we went to go look for something else we found this place and were absolutely blown out of the water if I could give them a higher rating I would thestaff was incredibly friendly and all of their food was absolutely amazing everything is priced well Especially for the area,The menu is huge too so many options for everyone. We only had to wait maybe 15 minutes but that?s because we didn?t order aheadof time, Plus it being the time of day and Father?s Day weekend We didn?t mind the wait at all I would recommend this place toanyone I know. "We could not have had a better time or meal. The food was absolutely delicious. The service was outstanding. I originally made a reservation for 4 on NYE and when my daughter’s party plans got canceled due to illness, I called and asked if they could accommodate one more person. I knew it was a stretch but the gentleman I spoke to made it happen for a 7:00 reservation on NYE. I really cannot say enough good about our experience last night at Catch 25. Everything we ordered from appetizers to dessert was so incredibly delicious. I’m thinking that we will be regular customers here from now on. They were so great"

"I opted for the Chicken Piccata that I used to enjoy so much, but I found it to be quite different this time. It came with two small pieces of chicken in a sauce that was very watery, resembling chicken broth. There were just a few capers sprinkled on the chicken. If I had paired the piccata with pasta, the watery sauce wouldn’t have adhered to it at all—and it hardly qualified as a sauce. There was no wine reduction and no butter present, which left it feeling very uninspiring. The first piece of chicken I tried had an odd, chewy texture, while the second smaller piece was a bit better. I finished them, but only to avoid leaving food on my plate. Overall, I was pretty disappointed with the presentation of the Chicken Piccata. A proper piccata sauce should include wine reduction and butter; using the entire can of broth is not the way to go. Next time, I’ll have to try something different, though my husband thoroughly enjoyed his Veal Parmesan. The drinks were excellent, and I had a side salad with balsamic dressing that was very good. The bread was outstanding, served with delicious garlic oil. Additionally, the restaurant was very clean."

"I had a fantastic experience with the two New York-style pizzas I tried. They truly live up to the authentic NY pizza reputation. The crust was perfectly crunchy, and the texture and flavor were excellent. We ordered a sausage and cheese pizza, as well as one with half hamburger and half pepperoni and black olives. The prices were great, the food was ready on time, and the restaurant was clean. I would definitely return if I'm ever in Barhafen again. It's hands down the best pizza in town!"

"The pizza was delicious, but the delivery service was a nightmare. They manage deliveries on their own, even for orders placed through UberEats, which feels outdated. You can't track the delivery in real-time or see if a photo was taken upon delivery. My driver had trouble locating my building despite my clear instructions, and it took him 15 minutes to finally find it. It would greatly improve customer satisfaction if they utilized Google Maps for navigation instead of doing deliveries independently. Additionally, as shown in the attached picture, a lot of the cheese ended up coming off the pizza. While it tasted good, it could have been fantastic if the delivery process had been managed better."
