"While visiting Palo Alto, I decided to check out Pluto based on its appearance. After dining there, I left feeling slightly disappointed, as I believe it deserves a solid 3.5 stars but not quite a 4. The menu consists of salads and sandwiches, with a variety of sides to choose from. You can opt for a preset sandwich or salad combination or customize your own. It's important to note that the salad and sandwich lines are separate, so make sure you're in the right queue. Upon ordering, you receive a list to take to the counter for payment. I chose to create my own sandwich with fries, selecting a sourdough chicken with greens, red peppers, pepperjack cheese, low-fat garlic mayo, and basil pesto spread. I added garlic curly fries on the side. The total came to $17.25, which I found a bit pricey, especially considering the extra charge for cheese and basil pesto spread. The food arrived promptly and looked appetizing. The sandwich was a decent size with a satisfactory portion of curly fries. However, I found the sandwich to be a little dry, and I couldn't taste the cheese or pesto as much as I had hoped. The garlic fries were delicious, but they were served with a heavy dose of fresh garlic, which overwhelmed my taste buds by the end of the meal. I recommend requesting the garlic on the side next time. Overall, Pluto offers generous portions, an average sandwich, tasty fries, and quick service, making it a decent choice for lunch."
