"I ordered food through Grubhub and I want to caution others about ordering delivery from this place. I requested some ramen for lunch, but my order was delayed multiple times, making me wait an extra hour for my food. Then, I received a call from an unknown number from Illinois (I live on the East Coast) which I didn't answer, and they subsequently canceled my order, claiming I didn’t respond. The service was terrible, and I won't be ordering from here again. I suggest you think twice as well. It’s hard to say whether the issue was with Grubhub or the restaurant, but it seems to be a problem on both ends."

"I had a terrible experience ordering from here. It seems that the restaurant doesn’t actually exist. There’s no phone number to reach out for help. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from Bento Sushi franchises at all. There are three locations listed, but none of them have contact numbers, and they don’t seem to actually be real!"

"I’ve only visited one other Little Caesars in the two years I've lived in Virginia, and I quickly remembered why I stopped going there as soon as I placed my order for a 3 Meat Classic and saw the price. This location is much better in my opinion. The employees were calm and focused; they genuinely seemed to care about taking my order correctly the first time. My food was served in a timely manner and was nearly perfect—every corner was loaded with toppings, and I didn’t even ask for extra. Most importantly, my son’s cheese pizza looked exactly how a cheese pizza should. He’s only 7, but as soon as he was happily enjoying his favorite pizza without any issues, I knew this place was a winner for us!"

"I'm working in this building over the summer, and I’m so glad this deli is located in the basement. At first glance, it may seem like a small deli, but the food really stands out. I usually order the turkey club sub, which includes turkey bacon along with lettuce, tomato, and their unique mayo. There's something about their mayo that feels lighter than others; it adds just the right amount of flavor without feeling heavy. Occasionally, I'll choose the steak cheese sub, leaving out the mushrooms and onions. All their meats are incredibly fresh and never dry. In addition to a variety of sandwiches, subs, and burgers, they offer a great selection of snacks like chips, cookies, and candy bars. They also have daily specials; I’ve tried their Korean bulgogi lunch special—Korean BBQ beef with rice and a salad—as well as their spaghetti and meatball lunch special, which also comes with a salad. Each meal is hearty and reasonably priced. The service is fantastic—very welcoming, friendly, and quick!"

"Ordered a large pepperoni in the drive through at 8:03pm, was told it?d be a 5 minute wait. Pull around to the front of the store to wait. Was given a beeper, after about 20-25 mins I went in to ask how much longer. Took probably about 10 minutes foran employee to see that they had customers in the store. The young man completely ignored me as I was standing at the counterand helped the customer behind me and went to the back. Another few minutes and the manager came out to the front. I was able toask and was told ?it?s in the oven, sorry baby.? And she went to the back as well. I wanted a refund after the amount of time Ihad to wait and especially after discovering our pizza was RAW when we got home. A roundabout total of 45 mins waiting on apizza that was RAW and money down the drain for an inedible pizza. Absolutely ridiculous, terrible customer service. Take yourmoney elsewhere."

"Not sure what happened with management for this location or if they were short on staff but was waiting for my pizza for 50 mins in the lobby. There were only two people working so I figured it would be delayed but for an hour? Also, one of the two was clearly new and untrained. What happened to the older white hair lady? She was always on top of the crew and made sure things were quick. I'm disappointed and hoping things will get better."
