"Orange bloosom has pistachios and is my favorite. I enjoy eating ice cream that taste like your eating flowers. The pistachios is an added special treat. Reminds me when I was a kid I use to chew on rose petals. I like rosewater. The herbal snow with rosewater is delicious. Turkish coffee no where else in LA this good. Rosewater Saffron with Pistachios hummy. Pomagranete refreshing. My son ordered two scoops: he enjoyed the strawberry and green tea. He said they individually were exceptionally delicious. He would not have combined, he said they don't complement each other however they are his favorite flavors and said by themselves are exceptional. He said the strawberry was like infused with so much flavorful strawberries that he had never had a strawberry ice cream anywhere else like he did at Maschti Malone's."

"I'm not vegan, but the grilled cheese here is so delicious that it might just make me consider that lifestyle. "I had never been to a frozen yogurt shop before, but I was pleasantly surprised. Despite not being a huge fan of yogurt, the variety of toppings made it taste like soft ice cream. I thoroughly enjoyed my combination of vanilla and milk chocolate yogurt with cookie, strawberry, cheesecake, and fudge toppings. It was delicious! I would definitely come back again. Additionally, they had a vegan yogurt option available, which was pineapple."

"I asked the cashier at the front if she had any sample cups. Just simply said ?excuse me?. I didn?t realize she was talking to a customer. It just looked like she was receiving payment. She turns to me and says one sec, and gives us the sample cups. I saidthank you, but after we went up to pay. She scolded me about trying to ask her a question. She said ?don?t yell at me when I?mtalking with a customer. It confuses me.? It was kind of unprofessional. It?s her job to multi task and help customers, not tryto embarrass them."

"My kids absolutely adore this place! The staff is incredibly helpful and goes out of their way to make sure our children feel comfortable and happy. Our latest visit to Menchie's was fantastic! One of the employees, Lilly, gave my kids some chalk and stickers and spoke to them so kindly. It's the little things like this that really set this place apart from other ice cream shops!"

"This menchies used to be great but the last few times I?ve been in the past year it has been awful. This time the restrooms were closed, half the ice cream machines were turned off, and the syrup pumps were not working and the workers did nothing to help. The customer service is not that good and they are not friendly and seem as if they are inconvenienced by customers . Most of the tables are sticky and it?s not worth the price anymore. Mind you it was 3 hours before closing. I wish it was as good as it used to be. The frozen yogurt shop in lakepoint is way better for the price."

"The cleanliness of the restaurant leaves much to be desired. Some of the frozen yogurts weren't properly frozen and were just liquid. The cashiers were unfriendly, and the condition of the bathrooms was disappointing—were they closed due to COVID? The walls had a strange mix of sounds and were decorated with Valentine's Day drawings, despite it being mid-August. In addition to these issues, the frozen yogurt should definitely be served frozen, or at the very least, there should be a sign indicating when it's unavailable. Most importantly, when families visit with children who need to use the restroom, it's unacceptable for a food establishment to have such limited facilities. Using COVID as an excuse for this is simply not reasonable."

"There was a 15 minute wait on a Wednesday so get there early if you have a group. The vibe was neighborhood friendly, you know it’s the place all the locals hangout for brunch. I ordered the colossal breakfast which is 2 eggs your way, hash browns, choice of sausage and their home made biscuits. All of this for $14.99!! My food definitely needed their hot sauce, but I like my food with a little zip. My friends had the breakfast sandwiches and and none of us could finish. So much food for under $40. My two cents, The biscuits need a pinch more salt, they’re a little flavorless."

"Sitting inside right now and there are 2 teenage girls working today. When we arrived they were hiding in the back room and we could hear them talking and giggling. After waiting for 5 mins or so they decided to come out and we were able to pay. They seemed more interested in whatever was on their phones than their jobs. The restaurant is filthy, tables and chairs have melted ice cream on them, the floor is sticky and a mess. The mix in area is a mess and the trash is needing to be emptied. Just now with 11 customers here the girls have again retreated to the back room and more customers are coming in. Sadly this has been our same experience more than once at this location. I 'm sure corporate menchies wouldn 't approve of how poorly this place is functioning."

"Although hours of operation say otherwise, the employees will start kicking you out an hour before closing! Last night a very rude employee confronted me for unstacking chairs to make sure my children had a place to sit and eat their ice cream!!!! And to top it off she rolled her eyes at me. They also say they are out of chalk 99.9% of the time ... just to make sure the children don't write on the chalkboard and lord forbid, they have to clean it again, after closing hours. What amazing customer service!!!!!!! VERY unhappy!"

"I had been to this restaurant numerous times before the COVID-19 pandemic, but I returned this week to take advantage of an Axxess offer I recently got. B was extremely friendly and effortlessly handled the small rush of customers! She kindly redeemed my offer even though the scanner was acting up. The selection of frozen yogurt is fantastic, and the toppings are always high-quality! I especially enjoy the cheesecake bites when they’re available. The fruit selection is consistently fresh and tasty. I do miss the self-serve experience that was affected by COVID, but I have to admit that it's much cleaner without customers and kids touching everything! Nevertheless, B made our group and my boyfriend’s group look incredibly stylish and aesthetic!"

"So this is the second time I've been to this Menchie's. I am kinda of on the fence on giving the the store 3 stars, due to how dirty the place was the first time I was in there. But they redeemed themselves and it's actually pretty nice inside the store. And.. I can't lie, the last time I was there, the staff was bringing a new flavor on and it was DOLE WHIP! DOLE WHIP, y'all DOLE WHIP! Needles to say, I got myself some Dole Whip. The second time around, all the fixings were clean, and while there isn't much you want to combine with it with, except more fruit. Overall, the Dole Whip tasted like Dole Whip. I had a good time relaxing with the family as well as eating some good food."
