"I was told I needed to go down and try the breakfast sandwiches at Bare Bones Cafe. I grabbed a friend and we made our way over to check out these goodies. Once I was there I began to ask about the menu. It was then that I was told I also needed to try the Chorizo And Egg Breakfast Tacos with a lime sauce. Not knowing what to do, we ordered both. Bare Bones build your own breakfast sandwich The breakfast sandwich is a killer deal at just $3.95. For a small cost you can add pretty much anything to your sandwich. We chose to add grilled onions and a sausage patty. I have no idea what kind of bread she uses for these sandwiches, but it’s incredible. It is slightly thicker, when grilled it maintains it hearty texture and it crisps up perfectly. I am very picky about my bread, but she has chosen a great base for whatever you decide to create. Restaurant/bar (bar opens at 2). Quality food. Fair prices. Lotto. Sidewalk sitting but best of all, bar seating (in the restaurant atleast, which you can order drinks at). Super friendly staff.

Enjoyed several meals here on a visit from New York. Food is absolutely delicious, atmosphere is inviting and fun, and the owner is a total rock star. If I could give it more than five stars, I would. Highly recommended!!

I originally thought this was a super meat heavy place, but they do have a good few options for vegetarian meals, they also accommodated a vegan in our group. Food was good, mimosas were large, id have to say Bare Bones is a pretty good place. Great for groups. Also theres ample bike parking and outdoor seating. Games in the back. View menu

I'm not vegan in any case, but the grilled cheese here would make the idea comfortable for me. Whether you are looking for a dark bar to work on your novel, or meet someone for what will inevitably be an abhorrent first date (to lead to an even worst second) I can promise the drinks (or blows, time of year depends) are worth the stop. Great staff and outdoor seats are abundant (considered and exposed options).

The Bare Bones Cafe site is a great place to take a coffee and cool with your laptop. And if you are ready for a beer or cider, you can go to the bar side. Stomach roaming? A small but tasty menu of treats will fill your stomach, and at a fraction of this McMonald's tear-off joint in the city. The staff is always friendly and cool. But then WAIT. In the back of the bar are about 4 flipper machines and one of these sandy shuffleboard rings! The atmosphere is cold that our door seats are great, and yes, there is a huge werewolf on site if you asked yourself. I don't know what his name is, he doesn't talk much. If you find out what it is, you should publish it in your future 5-star review.
