"We are regulars at this place, but the prices have increased and the service have declined as I needed to ask for my server multiple times). I ordered an acevichado sushi roll and it did not taste good as they pour more of their homemade eel sauce than acevichado did not like it), my husband end up eating it. Other than that, it was late, there weren’t that many people; therefore it was not noisy. They rearranged the tables, having more booths, making it more private, that was nice."

"Every time I visit Hollywood, this restaurant tops my list. The food here is simply outstanding. The octopus and veal heart are exceptional, and the ceviche is always fresh and spot on. The fresh fruit drinks are delicious as well. We're from New Jersey and hadn't been here in a couple of years. It was wonderful to see Meto again; he remembered my wife and me and was just as friendly and welcoming as always. His recommendations are always excellent—be sure to ask him for one! I give it two thumbs up and send compliments to the chef. Do yourself a favor and dine here—you'll want to come back for more!"

"I ordered cake de flores for my birthday today. The ladies at the shop are warm and welcoming. The cake looked beautiful but thats about it. In the web page it does not mention fruits are part of the filling (which i dislike), and thats why i wanted vanilla cake with dulce de leche filling. The taste of the cake was generic and thats me being generous."

"I took my mother to the Two Sisters restaurant for her birthday last Sunday. We were immediately greeted and informed about the brunch options (i.e. buffet versus brunch specials and other adjustments, such as turkey bacon instead of pork). I think this is a great place for a relaxed brunch and definitely for a mother-daughter date. We loved the food and the service. We drove to a Groupon and will definitely drive again without the Groupon. Worth it."

"I went with my family since we lived in Peru for 10 years, but just on my husband's birthday we decided to go, we left there disappointed, the food is not at all like that of Peru, in reality for the cost it is not worth it, the Attention is as if out of obligation and the atmosphere is super heavy and boring, I do not recommend it, we will not return again, they should make the atmosphere more Peruvian and the food should also improve."

"They deceive people, I ordered fresh orange juice, pretended to make juice, in the end we got cheap juice from a bag that was not drinkable, he specially put the glass in the bag and tied it with several knots so that we wouldn’t try it right away. And he told us the price approx. 10 dollars. Very unpleasant experience when you are blatantly deceived. Terrible experience. Pretended that he did not understand English and wanted to sell three glasses for 10 dollars each."

"My wife and I had a perfect lunch! Our waitress Susan was kind and gave us excellent service. We never had to ask for a thing. She was ready to refill our water and take away our plates in great timing. This made our visit very comfortable. The interior is clean and elegant. This would be a perfect date and dinner environment for any occasion. Each appetizer and meal of ours was spot on! We love Peruvian food and this tops our favorite locations in SouthFlorida. The ceviche mixto, aji de gallina, and anticuchos were phenomenal! A must try restaurant in Pompano Beach. We will be returning to try more Peruvian cuisine. Thank you for an awesome first experience!"

"Aside from the food, the restaurant was quite dirty, which should have been our first indication to leave. To make matters worse, all the dishes were extremely overpriced for the low quality of food we received. We won’t be coming back, and I sincerely hope the owners take this feedback seriously and start making improvements. Otherwise, I’m sure they will continue to lose customers, especially with so many other Peruvian options available in the area."

"I just got home anxiously waiting to eat the flan we took to go only to find that it's the texture of playdough.I called and spoke with the manager, Alfredo who said they had a bad batch and I had the misfortune of getting one of the older ones.I asked to have a replacement and he said I can come by tomorrow. This isn't a big deal except for the complete disappointment of not getting a good product. As a restaurant, you need to know what you have on hand and if you know there's a bad batch, get rid of it. I'll go back tomorrow for my replacement."

"I?m Peruvian and this is by far the worst restaurant I?ve been to.. the waitress was ok, regular service but the food.. to start the canchita they serve you to start with, was long expired and the taste was sour and rotten. My family and I ordered the ceviche with combo chalaco the ceviche was too salty and horrible? the chicken was heated in the microwave which gives the pollo a la brasa a horrible taste and to top it off the fries were frozen.. I would give it 1 star or 0"

"Host/server was very friendly and very nice, considering the place was packed and she was the only one working the tables.I always get the Lomo Saltado but tonight I wanted to try something new... alas, they were out. I'll try again next time.Small place but great food. Empanada was flaky and spicy more like a croissant than pie crust. The Arroz con Pollo has a goodly amount of cilantro. The Pescado Al Ajo was not fishy or too garlicky. Kinda sweet and smooth garlic taste almost an Asian quality to it. Lomo Saltado is great as usual. You don't need the rice in this dish but it's a nice way to get all the gravy/broth.Parking is adequate. There is some outdoor dining area that takes up some of the parking spaces. The booth I was in had a bench with very torn vinyl that needs repair.TIP: 1) Saturday and Sunday they have a combo brunch for $11.99 (01/8/2022).2) M-F Lunch specials (vary) 10.99)3) There is a rewards program with 25 points on startup.Might be worth your first visit to try some Peruvian food."

"Went with my grandpa on a Saturday, since it’s a hispanic restaurant my grandparent had asked a worker, a medium weight girl, pale skinned and seemed like a salvadoran accent. Anywho my grandpa had ordered Pollo a la brasa and he was asking her for the spicy yellow sauce in spanish, she is hispanic and yet acting like she does not understand? after repeating ‘huh’ several times and showing how annoyed she was for what reason? she just threw it in the bag. It came to us as a surprise since the times we do decide to walk in and not order thru online, the male workers are always generous."

"I went with a group for a birthday. It was the worst service any of us had ever experienced. Our waiter only took a couple of drink orders and then left for more than 20 minutes before we checked in to take the rest of the table order. For the food we had to tell him that we had to order. Then he took 4 orders, went away and didn't come back. When we got him to come back after telling several other workers we needed to complete the order, he forgot that he had taken the first orders. He finally took a few more orders and went, again not to every person at the table. It took 2 hours in total and the food came out at all different times. We were all honestly very confused about what was happening throughout our dinner."

"Went with friends trying to presume our Peruvian cuisine however I was sadly disappointed, parrillada was burned almost toasted no taste whatsoever Don Alex restaurant has tried to maximize the portion by slicing and thinning the meats and the chicken,seafood soup very poor very tiny shrimp 1 or 2 pieces , very little seafood in it, rice with mariscos (Sea food) very poor inseafood too much rice only , Pescado a lo macho a little tiny fish, calamari hard to chew on under cooked , 2 mussels ok, theaguadito soup ok , the chicha morada ok ? I am not going back ever again I l gave them a second chance this was my second time ,not worth it. They only accept cash, be careful get a receipt because something is going on with all the cash , you pay withlarge cash sometimes they leave the table consumption open. Awful experience."
