"The sweetest cashiers here and the boba is always on point! In a sea of many competitors in the neighborhood, I find that Gongcha is the best for when you're craving a no-frills, basic black milk tea with pearls done right and without a huge price tag. That's not to say they don't have innovative drinks though--there's always a rotating menu of new and seasonal flavors that manage to be interesting and pretty without sacrificing taste."

"Avoid , very rude staff that tries to upcharge for anything. Unfortunately they wanted to charge me more for the Tapioca balls for my bubble tea? I already paid $6, they wanted another $2 for the bubbles that were supposed to be included. They also had an ice machine that was out of service, I’m which is considered a health hazard by the NYC department of health, due to mold build up."
