Ordered the Earl Grey 3 TJs... it came with no pudding, and the tea was so weak it tasted like water...

Super rude people, I got there at 9:15 they didn’t allow me to buy, I asked why but they just ignored me

Ordered a peach foam tea (30% sugar) on Yelp which was good but still too sweet for me. Raymond the shift leader was courteous and prompt. Store seemed clean and awaiting another business to join. Overall will order from again when a craving for bubble tea hits me again. View menu

The drinks and service were good and as expected. But the location is a little bit difficult to find parking for because it's right next to a highway. Either you have to get lucky and find parking or let someone else drive while you order, and just have him circle back to pick you up.

I frequent this restaurant and occasionally order delivery. I've noticed that sometimes they dilute the tea with water to stretch it. It's surprising how cheap that is! I’m already paying nearly $7 for tea, so why compromise on quality? It ruins the flavor and ends up tasting just like water!

The sweetest cashiers here and the boba is always on point! In a sea of many competitors in the neighborhood, I find that Gongcha is the best for when you're craving a no-frills, basic black milk tea with pearls done right and without a huge price tag. That's not to say they don't have innovative drinks though--there's always a rotating menu of new and seasonal flavors that manage to be interesting and pretty without sacrificing taste. View menu
