"I'll start by saying my daughter and I were sat at a table where there was a horrendous smell of urine. When we left, they at least had the smarts to leave Table 22 vacant.I wanted a table for 2 people. I gave my name and cell number to get a text. I was told it would be a 25 minute wait, but it was more like 5 minutes. When I was providing my information, I saw an elderly male walking out with a walker and his pants were wet around his waist. I felt sorry for him on the inside. I never thought in a million years I would be seated where he probably just sat. I'm not saying that happened, but there was a horrific smell at Table 22. I didn't notice it immediately as I had my mask on. After placing my food order and getting my drink, I took my mask off. Oh my goodness, that urine smell hit me like a ton of bricks. My server was very apologetic. One of the managers not so much. I was told other people in the restaurant told them of the smell. So why in the world would you seat someone there. I was told they saw no liquid. I don't care; it could have dried up depending on how long the guests sat at the table. I did complete a form on the incident. Since it was 7 PM and my daughter was really hungry, we sat at another table to eat our food. My meal was overcooked probably because it sat long waiting. Another manager offered a replacement but I was ready to go. They did take off about 20% from the bill. I basically gave that to the server as he was really nice. Since the food wasn't that great, I more than likely won't go back ever again. I already told a friend about my experience. She will never go."

"I never write reviews unless positive, but I felt I had to share. My husband and I ate here yesterday for Valentine 's Day dinner. We reserved an advance as I figured it would be busy and hard to get a reservation, to my surprise, the dining room was not full the entire time. Our server was not very friendly, and only spoke to us a few times. It took about 20 minutes to get our drinks. When it came time to order our entrées, I asked if there were any specials going on for the evening. Our server said there were not, then later on said there were. She brought us a set priced menu for Valentine 's Day, which included appetizers and entrée and a bottle of wine. However, at this point, we already ordered our drinks and had our appetizer, so there was no point in ordering it, which I definitely would 've ordered it if I knew about it ahead of time. It took 45 minutes to get our entrée, I ordered the pasta Acadiana and my husband ordered the fillet. We were told that it was accidentally brought to another table and that they were making us new ones. When the food came out, the pasta was lukewarm and my husband 's fillet which he ordered medium rare was well done. It was also extremely thin for a fillet, I questioned that it actually was a fillet. I 'll let the server know that it was definitely overcooked, she just stared and said oh. My husband said he 'll just eat it, at this point we were just ready to go. It was very sad because this was a special night for us, and the experience was anything but. Hopefully, we will get some kind of resolution, as we love to eat out, and we rarely have poor experiences."

"Tldr: Don't plan on going following a Texas game We wanted to grab dinner and drinks for a couple of hours before a show of Lincoln Hall and I'd liked all of my visits of OGS in the past- seemed like a no-brainer. Our reservation was right around when the Texas game ended and it was pretty wild (perfectly fine, I'm a huge college football fan and totally get it). Service was pretty slow but we weren't rushing so all good. My primary issue was that once the game ended, the DJ started... at It was louder than any bar/club/concert I've ever been to, and my husband and I eventually gave up trying to talk since we couldn't yell any louder and there was no chance of hearing one another. We ate and watched another game in silence (not counting the raging nightclub music) and were told in the middle of our meal that we needed to cash out because our server wanted to go home. Also not an issue, as I've been in her shoes, but it was super pushy and I don't really enjoy being told what to do while being mid-bite. She ran my card and brought it back in the span of about seconds, which was definitely the most attention given to anything throughout our visit. Another server never came by to offer more drinks or check on the table, even though the initial server said there would be someone available, so we gave up waiting and went to the bar. Should have done that from the very beginning because the experience was infinitely better once we moved."
