"I’ve ordered meals from this Burger King five times, using GrubHub. The food was fine, the two times they actually delivered it, but the three other times, my orders were canceled after we waited some 45 minutes each; the estimated delivery time. Because of their late notice of cancellation, it was very difficult to find any other eateries that were open. I am housebound and was trying to feed folks who were helping me move! Not Happy"

"We were inconvenienced when we tried to call ahead of time to place an order. So we get there the young lady was nice even though I was not satisfied with the excuse she have for them not excepting orders for pickup over the phone. So we get homewhich was about 15 minutes away and to our surprise the order was not correct. I called immediately and the manager on dutyassured me that we would be taken care of since we couldn't return. My fiancé had to go to work. He said take pictures and Idid just that. Well we called ahead again and we did not get taken care of as told to us. So to pay almost $65.00 forfood,beverages and a dessert is absurd. We were messed over all the way around. Worst customer service experience ever. Razoosmay have had other people play games like that but we are not those type of people. The innocent people has to suffer for theway others have acted. It's like someone went in our seafood plate took a huge portion out. The pasta was cold... cheese thatwas on there didn't even melt. It had no flavor, skimped on the meat no sauce and no extra cheese or extra sauce as I requested.This is my favorite dish from Razoos. So i knowww what it should be like. Just terrible. I don't even want to give thislocation no stars. Guess what she finally agreed to at least give us one of the orders and it must have been old because it wascold and still skimpy. We also saw a line of people waiting for pickup and soneone else was there as well with a do over! Wow!!I love Razoos but this location was my first time there. Never everrrrr again!!!"

"I would give him a zero if possible. this was one of the most terrible experiences I've ever had at a bk. first we waited long in a line. when we finally get to the place to order, they come and say they have to place their order in the window. there were 6 cars in front of me. Why can't they command one where they should and then pull, pay and get their order? I waited for another 20 minutes and the line moved a car. I decided to go somewhere else. this isn't the first time this happened. I refuse to ever go to this place again."

"My phone prompted me to share my experience at Burger King. Overall, it was satisfactory, and I can attest to their quick service. The food had that typical fast-food taste, which is definitely not the healthiest option, and the fries were just as anticipated. Everything was hot and fresh, although that might depend on the time of your visit. I also had a peanut in my pocket, and when it comes to free snacks, I'm all in! "BRYAN, the head cook, provided outstanding customer service! As soon as I walked in, I could tell they were a bit short-staffed, but every employee remained positive and worked hard to ensure everyone was satisfied. The General Manager really needs to hire more staff—it's absolutely necessary! The shift leader on duty was doing his utmost to make sure that all customers received assistance and were happy with their orders. I am truly impressed with the team. Because of their friendliness and dedication, I will definitely be returning! I hope the staff sees this review and knows that their hard work does not go unrecognized."

"For our holiday girls night out we chose Razoo?s in Cedar Hill. Great choice by the way. It was a Monday evening with no wait for a table. We loved the fact that the restaurant wasn?t overly crowded. The location worked well for everyone in attendance. Upon arrival, one of the three hostesses pointed out our table. Our server Malik was awesome, accommodating and attentive but not overbearing. The side cesar salads ordered took a while to reach our table but they were worth the wait. A few of our guests selected the Hurricane Salmon which was a hit! I requested the removal of spicy hurricane glaze and it was done. Even without the glaze, the Salmon was delicious and cooked to perfection. The overcooked green beans smothered in gravy were the only reason my plate wasn?t cleaned.. This along with the slow delivery of the side salads and the greeting upon arrival all could have been better. Overall? Location ? Food ? Food Presentation ? Atmosphere ? Service ? ?"

"Central Point Burger King was great! Stopped in for a burger and fries, about half way along a 500 mile drive. Went through the Drive Thru, order was quick, food was perfectly prepared. Picked up the order, hit Interstate 5 Southbound and headed tothe rest area south of Medford. Beautiful location for a little picnic courtesy of Burger King, let the dog out of the car,little walk, sat at a picnic table and relaxed as I enjoyed my burger! "Speedy service, but my sons order was wrong, he said no big deal though. They do have handicap access for the bathroom and a ramp at the front door. They have tables outside to dine outside. There is a baby changing station in the bathroom . And high chairs in the dining area. It's overall clean and the staff was very polite. The food taste good."
