"This location is straight garbage. I ate here regularly since I work right down the street. Sometimes I'd arrive at lunch time, and the doors are locked with no sign. Then for about a week, they said they couldn't make any burgers. The kid at the window said that the manager forgot to order more meat before going on vacation, so they could only make tacos and fried stuff. Then today, I went in and ordered a triple cheeseburger (Bonus Jack) and two tacos. Instead of of a triple, the gave me a double. I noticed that it wasn't made right and the lady swiped it out of my hands, and they threw another patty on it. Got back to my table and took a look at the tacos. They forgot the cheese. At this point, the guy in back gets an attitude and runs his mouth a bit as if it's an inconvenience that I want what I ordered and paid for. They remade them with a little bit of strange shredded cheese and almost NO meat. Got back to the table and realized that the TRIPLE CHEESEBURGER was also missing the cheese. They had scattered a tiny bit of orange colored shredded cheddar substance on the very top of it. I asked the lady, and she said that they had run out of cheese. I will NEVER go back here. Between the bad attitude and lack of management, I'm done. I wonder what it costs to lose regular customers? Dear owner, you've given a broken link to all of the other customers who have reviewed your location. No need to do that, it appears that you're not even able to provide a valid website link, much less manage a restaurant."

"If I could give a ZERO Rating I would!!!! Posting this review for my horrible experience on Thursday October 20th, 2022 at the Jack in the box location off montwood. For the shift working between 10-11am in the morning. I placed an order on the app forthis location using my reward points for a free sandwich. (KEEP IN MIND THESE ARE REWARD POINTS EARNED BY SPENDING MY OWNMONEY).. The workers refused to make my sandwich even after showing them multiple times on my phone that my order had indeedbeen placed for THIS location and it stated my food would be ready between 5-7 minutes and my points had been deducted from myaccount. The staff clamied they would not make it unless the order appeared on their screen. And they are not responsible forthings that occur in the app. After about 20 minutes the lead manager named Kevin agreed to FINALLY make me the sandwich. Helater changed his mind for no reason and decided to not make me anything and call the police instead. Can you believe that?Might I add I was polite and calm with the staff the ENTIRE TIME. I know what it's like to work fast food it isn't easy.. I wasrespectful and courteous the entire time I was in line. I was at the drive thru window for a total of 40 minutes!! That'sridiculous!!!! I showed multiple employees the Jack in the box app on my phone that indeed showed my order was actuallyProcessed!! So I ended up leaving with no food and being charged $6.00 on my app for reward points. I have the receipt thatManager Kevin gave me that shows he was indeed going to make it for me but he decided to tell me the receipt isn't actuallyvalid and he was only giving it to me as a joke so I could just leave already. WOW! He kept laughing at me and closing thewindow while I was talking to him. I have to say I regularly visit locations like dyer and Montana and never experience issueslike this. I hope this can be resolved because I honestly felt harassed and extremely ashamed of this establishment. It was nota"
