"If I could give a ZERO Rating I would!!!! Posting this review for my horrible experience on Thursday October 20th, 2022 at the Jack in the box location off montwood. For the shift working between 10-11am in the morning. I placed an order on the app forthis location using my reward points for a free sandwich. (KEEP IN MIND THESE ARE REWARD POINTS EARNED BY SPENDING MY OWNMONEY).. The workers refused to make my sandwich even after showing them multiple times on my phone that my order had indeedbeen placed for THIS location and it stated my food would be ready between 5-7 minutes and my points had been deducted from myaccount. The staff clamied they would not make it unless the order appeared on their screen. And they are not responsible forthings that occur in the app. After about 20 minutes the lead manager named Kevin agreed to FINALLY make me the sandwich. Helater changed his mind for no reason and decided to not make me anything and call the police instead. Can you believe that?Might I add I was polite and calm with the staff the ENTIRE TIME. I know what it's like to work fast food it isn't easy.. I wasrespectful and courteous the entire time I was in line. I was at the drive thru window for a total of 40 minutes!! That'sridiculous!!!! I showed multiple employees the Jack in the box app on my phone that indeed showed my order was actuallyProcessed!! So I ended up leaving with no food and being charged $6.00 on my app for reward points. I have the receipt thatManager Kevin gave me that shows he was indeed going to make it for me but he decided to tell me the receipt isn't actuallyvalid and he was only giving it to me as a joke so I could just leave already. WOW! He kept laughing at me and closing thewindow while I was talking to him. I have to say I regularly visit locations like dyer and Montana and never experience issueslike this. I hope this can be resolved because I honestly felt harassed and extremely ashamed of this establishment. It was nota"

For a 4 star experience, use the drive thru. The front counter is rarely manned and the dining room is really dirty. Prepare for loooong wait times if you go inside. View menu

I love indulging in the delicious breakfast snacks at this restaurant, they are my go-to choice. In addition, their burgers and tacos are equally delicious and satisfying.

This is my second visit to this restaurant, and I've noticed that the food has remnants of burnt oil. It’s clear that they don’t change the oil regularly. All the potatoes and nuggets had this issue.

This is the second time I'm writing a review because they truly deserve it. For the third time, they've messed up my order. It's unfortunate because they're so close to my home, and it's the only place I would like to eat. However, they continue to provide disappointing experiences. This will be my last visit to this location. View menu

Zaragoza outside super Target location. We had our combos and we were surprised how small the burgers have gotten. I remember Jack used to have big burgers like Whataburger, but now the have gone down to mcds, wow I think even mcds is bigger now, let sayWendy's then. The only thing that keeps making me go back are the stuffed jalapeños, those have no rival. The shakes are goodbut too small for the price, DQ has a better one for about the same price and bigger. The restaurant have gotten makeovers, theylook good but the chairs and tables are not comfortable, seems like done for the purpose of not keeping you there for long time. They are uninviting. Final verdict, pricey food, small portions.

As I'm writing this I am extremely angry. This has nothing to do with their food, as I really love the food. But their customer service here is unacceptable and disappointing. I stopped by with my family fairly late, 1220-ish a.m. to be exact. My 5 yearold daughter informed me at that moment she really needed the restroom. I got off with her, but of course the lobby was closed. She accepted that for a moment, but then started wiggling and bouncing around. She desperately needed the restroom, so I askedthem politely to please make an exception for my daughter to use their restroom. They denied. After a couple more minutes mydaughter started crying because she needed to use the restroom THAT BA...

"We began with Baked Escargot in Herbed Citrus Parmesan Butter—an exquisite dish in which the desire to savor every drop of the butter was undeniable. The Grilled Octopus with Cilantro Chimichurri was expertly spiced, leaving a lasting impression of refined flavors. The Central Caesar Salad, uniquely presented for communal sharing, was notable for its rich Anchovy Emulsion. The Cream of Green Chile Soup was a revelation; its creamy texture and depth of flavor were so captivating that they prompted a moment of culinary reflection. However, the Seared Diver Scallops, though well-executed, did not resonate as strongly with me; I had a less than favorable reception of the broccoli puree. In contrast, the Lobster Agnolotti was satisfactorily balanced and flavorful with its delicate pasta and butter-poached lobster claw submerged in a creamy lobster broth. The Honey Lavender Long Island Duck was another course that showcased the fusing of sweet and savory nuances. The undeniable highlight of the meal was the Ribeye Prime, a masterful display of flavor infusion, complemented by Chipotle Lime Butter and enhanced by the textural contrast of crispy onion strings. We concluded on a celebratory note with a Dessert Platter for my husband’s birthday. This thoughtful gesture included an array of desserts from Petite Crème Brulée to a Mexican Chocolate Tart, each a testament to the restaurant’s dedication to a memorable dining experience. However, it is imperative to note that the ambiance was somewhat marred by the overly loud piano and live singing. While the music itself was beautifully rendered, its volume was disproportionate to the dining setting, complicating conversational flow and detracting from the overall enjoyment."
