"I had never heard of nor eaten at Zoes Kitchen until I was on a serious search for some healthy cuisine. My sister in law suggested this place and I wasn't sure if I was going I ing to like it. We stopped in at around 630 pm ish and it had a chill laid back vibe. I ordered the chicken kabobs with 2 sides fire roasted corn and the roasted veggies, and I ordered the tomatoes bisque soup. My sauce of choice was Tzatziki sauce. We sat down and my soup came out with mini pita triangles i only ate a tiny piece (try to stay low carb) and it was warm, soft, and quite delicious. The soup was creamy and right amount of flavor; even my 17 mo old niece liked it. So my main dish came out I received 2 chicken kabobs, mixed roasted veggies (green, orange, and yellow peppers, carrots, mushrooms, red onion, and cherry tomatoes), and a decent portion of the fire roasted corn. I wished the corn was warm, bit I didn't mind it chilled. The first bite threw me off because there was this unique funky bite to it. I kept eating it and my palate caught up eventually. The chicken was perfectly grilled and juicy, and the veggies were delicious. Mix it all together with some Tzatziki sauce and it was on a level 10 out of 10. I truly was pleased and satisfied with my meal, and I haven't felt this in a very long time. It's too bad there isn't one closer to where I live; Zoes Kitchen would be my go to spot for a flavorful and healthy meal!"

"I don't know where the average of 5 stars come from! Valley people normally have a very good palate but apparently not with the food at this place. Because the restaurant was uncomfortably cold, We chose to eat outside which was unfortunate because of very loud music coming from the restaurant loudspeakers and because of the flies and gnats that are prevalent this time of year. Although there was outstanding service at the front counter, this is the only good thing I can say about this restaurant. The food was simply horrible. We made four orders. Two steak shish kabobs, one falafel tomato sandwich and one Greek Chicken Pita wrap. Each plate came with a side. We chose roasted vegetable, cauliflower rice and Tumeric Rice. I forget the third. All of the food was lukewarm (as in sitting around) not cooked to order. Grilled onions on all of the platters was old. The steak on the shish kabobs was sinewy, under cooked, tough, barely warm and not edible. These shish kabobs had been sitting around for us to order, they were definitely not made to order. At the price we paid for the shish kabobs, I expect quality meat and fresh vegetables, not something sitting around waiting for someone to order. This is inexcusable! The falafel sandwich, while attractive, had a strange taste I could not get used to. I did not finish the sandwich. The falafel was undercooked and soft. For those who have not eaten falafel, falafel is a deep-fried ball or patty-shaped fritter in Middle Eastern cuisine made from ground chickpeas, broad beans, or both. It is supposed to crispy and hot! This was just a ball of something cooked some time ago, again, waiting for us to drive up to order. Horrible! While I normally eat three times at a restaurant before I write a critique, this is a rare exception on my part since I have not had food this bad in a very long time. I will not make this poor, expensive mistake again by eating at this store again. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. Do not waste your money here until they fix their deficient kitchen."
