"Decent eatery with a menu longer and more crowded than the line out the door to get in. MAKE A RESERVATION THE DAY BEFORE. Just do it. Unless you plan on stopping in, making a reservation, and shopping for a couple hours before you eat. That mightwork. More expensive than you expect given the menu with far more of a wait than expected. Given that it?s essentially in theSouth Park Mall, it?s bound to always be busy, so come armed with patience and more money than you think you?ll need. Waitstaff was very friendly and helpful. Kitchen didn?t have two of our drinks we ordered available and the wait for food was around30-40 minutes after we ordered, so alterations had to be made but the meal was tasty, nonetheless. Parking is awful and rarelyavailable nearby, so either use the mall parking services or plan to get there 30 minutes prior to your reservation (atminimum)."

"The Korean Fried Chicken was quite tasty. It had a nice hard crunch to it along with a very savory sauce. I feel like it just needs more vegetables. Maybe some broccoli or just more in general. There is always honestly more plate than there is food. For $17.99 you would expect more. Also the servers were forgetful and literally never brought me my drink. Other than the fact that I can see quality of Cheesecake Factory slipping, I hope to see them improve not only their service but the quality and quantity of ALL their food that is not on the “Skinnylicious” menu."

"We made a reservation late and the earliest we can get in on a Friday was 8pm which was expected! We waited about 5 minutes after check in since we were early so it didn't take long to get to our table! Their menu is massive so make sure you look ahead before going because it can get overwhelming! They have food ranging from burgers, pastas, Asian, etc. this was my third time going to a Cheesecake Factory but I was very disappointed! It didn't take long for us to get our appetizer so that was great and the bread was fresh and warm! Unfortunately it took us an hour to get our food because my friend who ordered the Korean Fried Chicken ordered brown rice and they ran out and asked if he was ok with the white rice. I figured they had to switch the rice and it shouldn't take too long but it took 20 minutes later for us to get it. When our food arrived the portions were great but my fiancé was disappointed with the burger. The server didn't ask him how he wanted it done and he figured it would be medium well to well done but it was medium rare. He didn't mind it but if someone didn't like that it would've taken longer to get their burger remade. Desserts: they came out quickly and looked delicious! My friends go the tiramisu and the regular cheesecake! Wish the service was better and faster to make the experience 5/5 but I'll give it a 3/5."

"My husband and I had lunch here after doing some Christmas shopping. The hostess was complaining about people repeatedly asking her, How long for a table? She said she told people to wait for a text and just quit asking her. While it is true that she told everyone to wait for a text, it was her attitude. The young lady was pregnant and possibly uncomfortable or not feeling her best. However, that is your job. The dismissive attitude was certainly not necessary. It is not the patrons problem that you are not feeling your best. Our server, on the other hand, was friendly and attentive. She answered our questions and checked back with us frequently. Our food was delicious as always, and the cheesecake to go was fabulous!"

"I've visited several Cheesecake Factory locations, but this one truly stood out. I was surprised to have never tried the Louisiana Chicken Pasta before, as it's now one of my favorite dishes on their menu. If you enjoy chicken, I highly recommend giving it a try. Although the sauce is described as spicy, I found it to be quite mild, but you can choose according to your taste. One dish is easily shareable between two people. The sauce was a delightful mix of vegetables and a tangy flavor, while the pasta was perfectly cooked and sautéed in the sauce. The fried chicken on top was crispy and added a nice texture. The Four Cheese Pasta was tasty, though it could have used a tad more salt, but that’s just my personal preference. I’d suggest it for vegetarians as well. The drink I ordered was excellent—not too sweet and not too heavy on the alcohol, providing just the right amount of kick. Overall, I had a great experience with excellent service at this restaurant."

"One aspect my wife and I adore about The Cheesecake Factory is its stunning interior design. The decor is a fascinating mix of styles, featuring Egyptian columns, Victorian wood paneling, and French limestone floors, all contributing to the restaurant's opulent atmosphere. While the design is truly impressive, the highlight of our experience at The Cheesecake Factory was undoubtedly our delicious meal. Starting with the appetizers, every dish was superb. We found the avocado roll to be particularly delightful, while I thoroughly enjoyed my cheeseburger entrée, and my wife loved the Louisiana Chicken Pasta entrée. Our waiter, Robert R., was exceptionally professional and polite, doing a great job of taking note of our orders and addressing our requests. Overall, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our culinary experience at The Cheesecake Factory and highly recommend this wonderful restaurant to everyone!"

"Their menu might not be the most vegan friendly ever (it's definitely vegan friendly! , but the staff certainly is. This was our 3rd time. 2 sit down 1 takeout. Hospitality is a shining star with them. We're always made to feel valued, which goes a super long way with us. As for the food, it's quality, delicious abundant! The cocktails are poured generously, as well. No complaints! What truly strikes me, and prompted me to write a review, which I never take the time to do (I should, but I just haven't , is how respected we've felt as vegans. We've always made a point of saying we're vegan. Today, when we ordered from the vegetarian menu, something wasn't vegan. The owner/manager (not sure which came over to tell us that the dish was not vegan, but then quickly offered a solution, by verbally crafting a dish that sounded superior to what we'd just ordered... it was scrumptious inspired The gentleman also said that his wife was vegan he understood. Awesome!!! Now that Cafe Indigo is abandoning the community, it's nice to have another spot that isn't TOO far away. Already looking forward to returning! I highly recommend!"

"First time trying Cheesecake Factory! Always avoided as thought their menu was too large and it wouldn't be any good but I was wrong! Firstly the appearance and atmosphere inside was great! Really inviting and comfortable, but also classy in a way. Besutiful decor inside. Service was fantastic! They did get one of our orders wrong but were very quick to replace with the correct thing. Service was fairy quick also. It was not super busy when we went but so maybe that was why. Our server was polite, friendly and helpful. The food was surprisingly pretty good. Fresh, hot and tasty and somewhat decent prices. Will definitely be coming back!"

"This restaurant is absolutely stunning! The dim lighting creates a romantic atmosphere, and the interior columns are exceptionally well-designed. The building has a very artistic appeal. "I called early this week to reserve a large, more private table at Lieu 's for a birthday party for two women at my church. When I reserved the room, I was told that it could accommodate a total of 12 people. We had 10 RSVP, so I though everything was good. When I arrived about 5 minutes early with a few other members of the group, the hostess refused to seat us because our entire party was not present. About 20 minutes later, 8 members of our party of 10 had arrived, and I asked to be seated as two of our party members were not sure when they could arrive and didn 't realize they had to arrive right at 6PM to be seated. As we walked back, the hostess refused to allow our party to sit at the private table in the back I had called and reserved. She was having the wait staff move the drinks/waters/silverware to another table of the same size in the bigger dining room. There were very few patrons in the restaurant at the time and actually for the whole evening, so space wasn 't an issue. The hostess insisted that she could not allow us to have this table with 10 chairs as our party had only 8. This was even though our other two members were on their way, but did not arrive exactly on time. I was humiliated in front of my friends as I had tried to make this a special event for my church group, and I was treated like I was attempting to do something wrong or deceptive by asking for the room I had reserved. I will never eat here again. This was very poor customer service, and there was no reason for it."

"I brought my man here for the birthday. he loves Asian eating so I always try to find somewhere, that is not her average Asian restaurant. we ordered pot stickers for our app. they were just in order. they were crispy, but the **** just didn't have the taste we were looking for. I had the whisky beef to dinner and it was amazing! the bark was tender, the sauce was minimal and the vegetables were crispy. my man had the flesh buddha cen. it was also amazing. as mine! offers, minimal soned and crispy vegetables. we will try again other things on the menu! the service was also great!"

"What a magnificent treat!! OMG. My mouth is still savoring the food! And the dessert! Wanted a spur of the moment, late night dessert. My guest and I talked about what was open as a lot of places close earlier. Didn't know there was a Cheese Factory just a few minutes (20 min) away. Soooo glad we decided to come here! At 10pm, we ordered appetizers. I had the quesadilla with chicken. I cannot say enough about the flavor. And the guacamole was a generous portion! I was in guacamole heaven. I can't have caffeinated drinks and ordered a decaf coffee. My goodness! How can I describe how good that decaf was! Usually when served at a restaurant, it lacks gusto...you know, like regular coffee should taste. But here! The taste was so real that I had to ask the server if it really was decaf and was assured that it was. Now, the dessert. That's really want my guest and I came for. Wow, wow, wow! Mango key lime pie was light, airy, not over the top sweet, and the combined flavor or mango and lime was the perfect blend. So so so delicious! Wonderful aromatic tasting coffee, savory appetizer, and a mouthwatering dessert. What a great spur of the moment night! Definitely will come again."
