"I went with a group for a birthday. It was the worst service any of us had ever experienced. Our waiter only took a couple of drink orders and then left for more than 20 minutes before we checked in to take the rest of the table order. For the food we had to tell him that we had to order. Then he took 4 orders, went away and didn't come back. When we got him to come back after telling several other workers we needed to complete the order, he forgot that he had taken the first orders. He finally took a few more orders and went, again not to every person at the table. It took 2 hours in total and the food came out at all different times. We were all honestly very confused about what was happening throughout our dinner."

"I would definitely come back, the service is amazing! The staff is attentive quick. I was told the specials of the day, so we went for the appetizer special of Carne Asada Flatbread, it was freaking delicious! I love lobster bisque soup so of course I tired the Crab Lobster Bisque soup in a cup, another amazing food item on the menu! They are so generous with the crab and lobster they put in it too. For dinner I had the churrasco, and surprisingly I ate it without the chimichurri sauce because it was so tasty without that it did not need it. My meal came with 2 sides so I chose the kale salad and asparagus. Please know the kale salad is hot and I wasn’t expecting that so I pushed that off to the side. (I just like my salads cold, lol No complaints on the asparagus. I’ll definitely be back for more!"

"Most of the times the Fish Market is very good. However, went to the one in Palo Alto, and when my dish was served, along with another person who had the same thing that I did, the vegetables and potatoes were actually cold though the fish was warm. The waiter said he would bring us the other sides (veg potatoes) but they, too, were still cold. I asked him to use the microwave to heat them up, and he brought two other dishes, and this time everything was actually hot. The other person whom we were with ordered pasta with clam sauce. A lot of the clams were empty, but she had to send the dish back because the dish was too salty. She did not order anything else at this point. I have eaten at the Fish Market on Blossom Hill many times with no complaints."

"I had the most AMAZING dining experience here! I came here with my boyfriend for our two year anniversary. We moved here to Texas three weeks ago from Illinois and in my entirety of living in Illinois, this was by far the most memorable dining experience I’ve ever had. Our server was very kind and looked like Sarah Paulson which is a high compliment in my book. Even one of the managers introduced himself to us and gave us a SIGNED CARD by every manager there, thanking us for celebrating our anniversary with them. As if I wasn’t beaming from ear to ear, he then handed me a gift card back to Kenny’s and said to my boyfriend “this is how you stay together for two more years ; ”. I will definitely be coming back. I felt very well taken care of and the extra effort Kenny’s puts in for their customers made dining there 1000x more special. Food was yummy! "I made reservations for my wife’s bday. We were sat next to the windows and it was COLD! So we asked to sit at a table inward from the window wall. The food was very good. The house wine was quite tasty, my wife expressed. The pretzel bread was very good! The bruschetta was fantastic! I had the bbq ranch chicken salad and it was a 9.5/10. Would order again without any hesitation (although hopefully the chicken is warm next time, as mine was ice cold like the rest of the salad). My wife enjoyed her dinner, and the complementary truffles for the birthday celebration. The truffles are very rich, but tasty. Take aways; the service was a tad slow, even at 5pm when it was dead. The cold was a turn off. If it’s cold outside, keep the inside temperate, no one wants to dine with a coat on. The food was very tasty and worth the price. The wine was good and the menu explains what food pairs well with. Stylish restaurant, for special occasion."

"After driving for 10 hours from Ontario, we decided to order takeout from this restaurant. The person who answered the phone seemed to dislike her job, which was evident in her tone of voice. When we got back to our hotel, we realized there were no utensils in the bag, but fortunately, the hotel was able to provide them. We ordered the butternut squash gnocchi and the Leonard burger. Both dishes were satisfying. The gnocchi, in particular, was very unique and a big hit with my vegetarian wife. It was creamy, rich, flavorful, and filling, making it the reason for our 4-star rating. The Leonard burger was good but not exceptional. It was the perfect meal after a long drive. Unfortunately, the fries were disappointing and soggy, and the ketchup was warm and unappetizing. We plan to dine in on our way back home to see if the experience is any better. For vegetarians, I highly recommend the butternut squash gnocchi. The price per person ranges from $20 to $30. The restaurant offers a vegetarian menu or section, with clearly labeled vegetarian dishes. Service was rated 2 out of 5."

"we have recently visited a national conference of around 1500 people in this hotel. I was a little skeptical as I had read the reviews. I was very happy with our room accomodations. large room, immaculate, refrigerator (that was cold) , keurig coffee machine. Maybe some of the rooms were not renovated, but ours were. only the problem was not a home economy. I was told that we had to state during the registration that we wanted the daily budget. When I found out, I informed her. but nothing happened. Luckily, in the 3rd floor, the housekeeper has provided us with clean towels and coffee and water replenishments every day when I asked. it is a perfect place for a big conference, this conference even has buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner and snacks in between. nothing beautiful, but good and far better than leaving the anwesen or standing in the line in the restaurants. we had no time to use the pool that is in the 5th floor. had a little game and had luck! Some of the meeting rooms were quite cold, so they bring a jacket they go to a conference. or go to st. vincent de paul thrift, which is 4 minutes away. this was our first trip to sparks in 25 years. we will be back and use this hotel."

"I eat here almost daily. The coffee is good. The salads are good. The sandwiches are good. The breakfast bowl is a great healthy and varied meal. The staff is friendly. The space is pleasant. Order my secret menu item, “The Nick Lunch Face.” It’s two hardboiled eggs, half an avocado, a bed of spinach leaves and tater tots for ten dollars. I made it up and ordered it so often they made it a secret menu item."

"The entire event was disappointing. While our server was great, the food issues were the real problem. Wine ok, not the best cabernet for the price. The appetizers were nice, as was the salad, prepared the way we asked. The meal, however was the real disappointment. My son has celiac and the meal was supposed to be from the GF menu. When it came to the table, I looked at it and said don't eat it. I flagged down a manager and he took it away from the table. In the meantime, my dinner sat so that I could eat with my son, as we were there celebrating his 30th birthday. Thirty plus minutes later, his meal arrived. The manager apologized. I said this is unacceptable, and I was offered free desert, which I declined for the both of us. I had also ordered a couple of meals to go as well as the wedge salad, which a gentleman brought out, I explained that I was waiting for two entrees and he disappeared with the bag. Ultimately the food to go was delivered, along with some birthday chocolates. I acknowledge that management took both dinners off the bill as well as they gave us a complimentary bottle of wine to take home. The following day when we went to eat the food we brought home, I discovered that the restaurant had already put the dressing on the wedge salad, rather than on the side. It was a soggy disaster. My son and I each ordered the Dana's Chicken, one regular and one GF, The chicken was tough and dry. A big expense for an otherwise disastrous event."

"Our server was absolutely amazing! We wanted a wine pairing with our food but had trouble choosing. We explained to our server our palettes she curated a suprise wine tasting for us! That was so thoughtful might I add that she was spot on with her selections. We ended up picking two of her suggestions they were delicious! She was so sweet, informative, attentive professional. The food was good as well. We got the brousel sprouts the shrimp wrapped in bacon for our appetizers. They were delightful. My boyfriend got the Chicken risotto I got the Jambalaya for our entrées. They were good. The rice proteins were cooked to perfection. They just needed a little more seasoning salt. We just added a little salt pepper we were satisfied. Overall an absolutely wonderful experience!"

"I absolutely love this place! If you're looking for a fancy steakhouse with a younger vibe in the area, Raindancer is the spot to visit. I stopped by for crab cakes and the Chilean sea bass, which was the special that day. Overall, the food was quite good. I devoured the entire plate, but I found the sea bass a bit too salty for my liking, and the gravy didn’t help much. On the bright side, the combination of vegetables was perfect, and the fish was cooked beautifully, tasting amazing as always. It was just the gravy that was on the salty side and it ended up covering everything. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, and our waiter was absolutely delightful. The crème brûlée was fantastic, and the lobster bisque was delicious. I will definitely be back!"

"After an hour on the waiting list, I heard the manager mention that they prioritize certain parties, so I went on OpenTable and made a reservation for 8:15 PM to see what might happen. At 8:05 PM, when I checked, we were finally seated at our reserved time. The drunk garnel I ordered was probably the best dish I had that evening. However, the Caesar salad was dry and lacked enough dressing, and our waiter overlooked our request for extra dressing. The final frustration came at 9:30 PM when my date received a text saying our table was ready. There’s no reason someone should have to wait over two and a half hours for a table without a reservation. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for my first visit. On a positive note, the woman at the wine check was very nice and helpful."

"I've been eating at this location a bunch of times, but I'm done now. A couple of months ago we picked up a curbside order, but part of the order was missing. I emailed to ask that I be refunded for the food we didn't receive. I was told that they wouldinstead have a couple gift cards for me to pick up to use in the future. I should have just insisted on a refund. I went by andpicked up the gift cards, but when I went to use them recently they both had a zero balance. So I paid for food that we nevergot, and I got some fake gift cards in return. Won't waste my money here ever again."

"My overall experience was very poor and almost non-existent. My family and I arrived for our reservation. We were greeted inside by the host who asked if we preferred a table inside or outside. We chose to sit outside where there was one other couple seated. The host, who was very polite wiped our table down and gave us menus and silverware. However, no one ever came to take our order after that. We waited, and waited...and waited, for an unreasonably long period. But no waiter ever showed up. We eventually left the restaurant to try a different neighboring restaurant where, by the way, we were waited on and served promptly. There is no reason that I should have to search for a waiter to take my order. Either the host did not convey to the waitstaff that we were seated and waiting, or the staff just chose to ignore us. This level of (non-)service is completely unacceptable. Although the setting was adequate on a warm Friday evening and the menu had a nice variety of food and beverage options, I cannot comment on the food or the value of their product because I received neither. I doubt I will be returning to this restaurant anytime soon. But I do hope management receives this message and takes steps to correct the issue."

This time the experience wasn’t the best Abigail was my server and she wasn’t very personable she didn’t try to see if we were interested in any wine for tasting or purchase. She didn’t know we were wine members until it came time to pay the bill. The food was Great!! I just wish the experience was just as good."
