"I’ll start with this, the food is great, just about the best impossible burger I’ve had. However, I suggest going and eating in the restaurant. It’s expensive and every time I’ve ordered for delivery or takeout one of the burgers has been completely wrong, or outright missing and someone hasn’t been able to eat (we keep trying occasionally because the food is really good). We tried again tonight, for a birthday request. when we placed our order at 4:15pm, we were informed delivery would be at 5:15pm, no problem, worth the wait. There was no communication until 5:20pm. At 5:20pm we were notified that LBB had canceled our order, explanation given was ‘one of your items is unavailable’. Nothing about what was unavailable or request to substitute something. No communication until after we should have been eating. Now we start the process again over an hour later, somewhere else. If it wasn’t for the same experience from takeout and delivery, I’d blame the delivery service, but based on what I’ve seen, we won’t be doing takeout or delivery from here again."
