"Lets start by saying that I drove 2 hours to go there. We ordered 3 steam pots and they came without ANY seasoning at all when we ordered with garlic season. Not one of them but ALL of them. As part of the order we added some lobster tails that someone forgot, either the waiter or in the kitchen so they arrived 15 minutes after the food was in the table. We requested to talk to the Manager about it and he came to the table and what he said was totally non-sense. Because we complain, the waiter decided to not to come back to our table, so no more service. We asked for a split check, and guess what, they didn't do it either. The experience was AWFUL. And after all that I got to drive 2 more hours back home. Totally waste of a Saturday."

the food did not come out at the same time, and the food that first came out was already cold. had the coconut wars, was not as good as red lobsters. enjoyed sitting next to the jordan bachteich, although it smells like water.

Our experience at Joe's was great. We went there on Valentine's Day and it was busy, but never felt like we were not waited on appropriately. Two of us love seafood and the other two do not, but all four of us enjoyed eating there. It was all served hot and was delicious. Thanks Joe's Crab Shack!

We were very disappointed in our visit. We didn't receive our soup salads before hand. We finally saw our waitress a half an hour later and asked for them. We did receive them just in time for our dinners to come. All of our meals were barely warm. Definitely not HOT as they should be. We didn't see our waitress for another mins so we didn't send our meals back to the kitchen. To top it off, she gave our bill to the table next to us and theirs to us. Luckily she gave the right debit cards to the rightful owners before any transactions were made. We will not be returning to Joe's anytime soon
