"I haven't been to this location yet, but I know it's always bustling, and I’m sure the service on Fig/Adams is much better than at La Brea and Jefferson. I've had two bad experiences at the La Brea location and even sent a complaint email, but when my friend and I visited, he found that nothing had changed. There was a noticeable lack of prompt customer service, items were out of stock, and he ended up waiting 45 minutes to an hour, getting increasingly frustrated as other customers came and went while he waited. My friend and I have decided not to return to that location. The employees and management seemed indifferent about the long wait times, continuously offering excuses while serving other customers. They either need to close that location or retrain their staff to understand the essentials of running a food service business. I’m very serious about the issues at the La Brea and Jefferson location."
