"I have been a patron of this store for over 20 years. To be more precise, use to go here all the time about 10 years ago. My office changed locations so went less frequently over the years. Just recently I am doing some work in the area and have been going to them daily again. I am not sure of anyones names but literally every single person I deal with is helpful, acts courteous, and is always pleasant to me. While there, many customers came in, and the employees greeted them with their first name, Good morning, and before the customer could even speak they knew the order and just confirmed. I see this every time I go here. I am in this store in the morning hours never the afternoon or evenings. I do order different things from a breakfast platter to a plain bagel with cream cheese. Not a coffee drinker so cant comment on that. The food has always been very good. I highly recommend them."

"I came for their special burger and wings but ended up spending $70 for two burgers, an order of wings, a mojito, and a mango smoothie. I thought that was a bit expensive compared to other places. The mojito and smoothie took over 30 minutes to arrive, and it seemed like they prioritized the drinks for customers who arrived after us. We saw a steady stream of people come and go before we received our order. The service was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. I really wish I could get my money back. It's definitely NOT worth the wait. Save your time and money and just go to Five Guys, which is only two blocks away."

"I ordered the salmon salad for takeout and had it delivered through DoorDash. It was quite good—definitely the quality of salads that I expect from a salad restaurant. It reminded me of homemade salads, with fresh, clean ingredients that tasted high-quality. The salmon fillet was a perfect size; often, salads with salmon contain small, thinner pieces that don’t taste as homemade, but the salmon from this place was comparable to a homemade grilled salmon. The dressing was generously provided on the side. Overall, it was a great salad, and I would definitely order it again when I’m in the mood for a light lunch! I gave it 3 stars, however, because the slice of buttered toast that came with it was burnt and felt like it was leftover from the kitchen."

"Ordered a $60 lunch order last week. When delivered, one sandwich was missing. It was a Philly cheesesteak hero that was $16+. When I called the deli, a woman insisted that she packed the bag herself and it was in the bag. It was not. I called the delivery driver, he insisted that the sandwich hadnt fallen out of the bag. Regardless I was still out a $16+ sandwich which was already a rip off. I called the deli back and was told if I wanted another sandwich, I'd have to pay for another one! So all in all, one of the worst customer services I'ver ever experienced!! I've been telling everyone about this deli and how poorly they treated a new customer. That was the first and last time I will ever order from this deli. What a shame too bc the food was delicious. Do not shop here unless you want to experience something similar!!"

"I get delivery from Bagel Villa quite often and I always love whatever I get. Their drivers are super nice as well. I used Google's chat feature to ask about their coffee roaster (I *really* enjoy their iced coffee and got an answer quickly. Joe was very helpful in his response as well as on the phone when I wanted to order the coffee beans, and they even sent a free muffin along. One thing I will suggest is to add the option to buy the coffee beans online for delivery (Google Delivery, Grubhub, etc. so that it'll be easier to order everything all at once online rather than call (for those who would much rather click a few buttons ; Thanks guys!"

"First time here. Off the bat, the atmosphere is nice, clean and a good place to talk, chill or do some work. They have card and board games. The workers are nice and friendly. I got a banana muffin to eat and it was alright. I would give it a 4/5. Drink wise, I got a banana peanut butter frappe and it was good. I would also give it a 4/5. I do not drink frappe/coffee often so I don't really know how to rate the prices for food or drinks here but I would come again."

"I've been visiting Jackson Loch in Englewood since its grand opening, and each time I'm thoroughly impressed! They have a secret room in the back that I never knew about—how fun! The service is fantastic, and the food is delicious. My only complaint is that the Hamburger Bungalow tends to break apart easily, even though it tastes great. If they could find a way to make it more sturdy, that would really elevate the experience!"

"Air conditioning problems, leaks in the ceiling and a possible sinkhole in the garage. One of the three elevators does not work and the other two have out-of-date inspection. The cafe is dirty and food is not cooked properly. Look somewhere else if you want a nice office environment."

"Usually a pleasant experience. Unfortunately I had to leave because I couldnt take the attitude of the barista working around 3 pm today. I've been a regular for several months and dont see myself going back for a while. I never fail to buy from them if I ever use the cafe. Even when I sprained my ankle I limped over to the counter just to buy. As painful as it was, no one offered help. Today I wanted a juice, except, they were charging $7 for a cup of orange juice. I changed my mind and put it back. I sat down to eat as I was very hungry, fasted till 3, and two minutes later the barista harassed me of sitting down without making a purchase. I said I was still deciding, which i actually was looking at the menu when he walked up to harrass me. He did this in front of other customers in the attempt to embarrass me. Which he did, so I left. Wont be going back."
