"Usually a pleasant experience. Unfortunately I had to leave because I couldnt take the attitude of the barista working around 3 pm today. I've been a regular for several months and dont see myself going back for a while. I never fail to buy from them if I ever use the cafe. Even when I sprained my ankle I limped over to the counter just to buy. As painful as it was, no one offered help. Today I wanted a juice, except, they were charging $7 for a cup of orange juice. I changed my mind and put it back. I sat down to eat as I was very hungry, fasted till 3, and two minutes later the barista harassed me of sitting down without making a purchase. I said I was still deciding, which i actually was looking at the menu when he walked up to harrass me. He did this in front of other customers in the attempt to embarrass me. Which he did, so I left. Wont be going back."

This is a fantastic spot to visit. It's much better than any Starbucks.

Reliable and consistent. Nothing extraordinary but is usually my go to place.

Do they have cream cheese on date nut bread? Vegetarian options: I want the original date nut bread. The people who work there look at me like I’m crazy. View menu

I got a coffee and a muffin. The muffin was very dry. And the coffee did not taste great. It tasted like gas station coffee. I will save my money or go somewhere else next time.

Overall, the coffee is very good. Not worth the premium price I paid, but very good overall. The service was quick and easy. The atmosphere could use a clean up but overall I would return.

I went into the restaurant and there were no bagels available. There were only a few leftover items to choose from to eat. It was 11am on a Saturday morning. I'll try somewhere else. Thanks anyway. View menu

This restaurant appears to be a small location, so the menu offerings were more limited than expected. The older gentleman working behind the counter struggled to understand our orders, including a special drink advertised in the window display. Unfortunately, they were out of bagels, red velvet frappes, and the savannah pecan mocha mentioned in the outdoor advertisement. The muffins and drinks we did receive were delicious, and the interior was quaint. The menu display could use updating, but overall, it was a decent experience with some room for improvement. It was noted that the restaurant is kosher, with clear signs indicating this.

I went to this place this morning with my wife, and we left so upset at the barista it literally ruined our whole day…We asked for 2 caramel iced lattes. The barista charged us $6 per cup, and gave us very inappropriate attitude making us uncomfortable. After a while waiting, we finally received our coffee, and the taste was unbearable. It tasted like the guy just put caramel syrup in the cup and we were just drinking caramel syrup. We then confronted the barista to see if he could make us new cofeees. He was very angry to see us back and decided to charge us double and gave us a dirty look. He was also talking very fresh to us and made us angry. We ended up paying double for the 2nd batch of...

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
