"Haven't even left the restaurant and felt inclined to write this review. I can't remember the last time we have had an experience like this dining out, if ever. The entire staff, from the host, to our waitress, the bartenders, to the cooks...were all phenomenal. Very knowledgeable of the menu, had great recommendations, and even better energy. From the moment we were greeted, to this moment, our expectations were far exceeded. Can not recommend the charcuterie, burger, faux-liage (non alcoholic drink), and hot margarita enough. "As someone who avoids gluten due to thyroid disease, life is pretty bleak. But yesterday I was able to eat a calzone for the first time in years! Gluten free baking is no easy task, and this place made a calzone that was thick and fluffy, just like a regular jawn. My husband, who is 100% Italian (50% even liked his food. Though he might have been lying to get laid (Just kidding! Neither of us like sex . Keep up the good work! I will definitely be back."

"Solid classic spaghetti meatballs you can always count on though a bit pricey $20. You can do half order (1 meat ball) or full order (2 meat ball). The meatballs were tender and moist and got the same temperature as the spaghetti would it much easier said than done. I have been disappointed many times before at 4-5 stars Italian restaurant, yet their meatballs were colder than spaghetti and that just so annoying. I came in this location many time during working lunch over this past year. Throughout these visits, they only had one server in each section so if you have less than 45 minutes or so during 12-1pm, I would say proceed with caution. Most people I saw dinning in looked retired and was not in the hurry at all. Daily soups are almost always spot on. The tomato bisque $5, was a tad on the runny side but good taste wise. They gave you ample of focaccia bread. I wish they put balsamic vinegar in the garlic olive oil dip. The steak pasta cooked just right a few times I ordered. I didn't not care much for the cheese or seasonal squash ravioli. I think there were too much cheese which was overpowered other ingredients came with it. Angel hair with white sauce were also good. The tiramisu and cannoli are okay, very standard for flavor. I liked the strawberry mule with the paprika kick to it. Casual setting and consistent quality of food. Definitely recommend it for your standard Italian fix."

"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the service. It felt as if I was invisible; no one acknowledged my presence. I ended up paying for my meal but never received it, so I decided to leave. I then went to the restaurant next door, where I encountered fantastic service and friendly staff. The manager there mentioned that it seemed like I had a few drinks, which was understandable given the hot weather, but it didn't warrant being ignored. My time at the next door restaurant was wonderful – the service was excellent and the atmosphere was inviting. I have nothing but positive things to say about that place, and my whole family enjoys dining there regularly. Unfortunately, the Italian restaurant needs to improve its customer service, as taking care of patrons is essential. Enjoy, and God bless! Goodbye!"

"I was called by Tom George to let me know that they were not going to be serving brunch during the summer months, only dinner. The hostess was very nice and asked me to reschedule for dinner which I did. The hostess also offered my party a round of drinks for the inconvenience. So I arrived at the restaurant at 6 pm on Sunday as I scheduled to celebrate Father's Day with my family and the restaurant was closed. We were very surprised and disappointed. The restaurant did not call the next day and I decided I will not try to eat there again. So on Sunday I went to LA Chapter at the Ace Hotel where we had a lovely dinner which I knew I would because I have been there before.I do not know whose responsibility it is on Open Table to be sure the information about a restaurant is up to date and accurate, but nothing like this has ever happened to me at any restaurant before."

"Enjoyed a lovely dinner tonight at Della a great little spot in Prospect Park Brooklyn that sits in a beautiful residential neighborhood. With outdoor dining options and a lovely cozy bar area it’s the perfect ‘neighborhood’ place to enjoy a drink (or more), some really thoughtful cuisine in a relaxed environment. The farro salad was delicious with small manchego cheese bits in it, and the salmon was cooked perfectly with a creamy mash below and perfectly sautéed grape tomato halves. All paired with a light Verdicchio dei Castelli recommended by Lisa washed it down perfectly. Yum! To finish the pairing of the key lime pudding with crumble below and the light chocolate mousse with a simple whipped cream dollop hit the spot. Didn’t think to ask about an after dinner drink…next time! A worthwhile spot to return to! The garden terrace area in the back is really cute and rumor has it they’re making more improvements inside and out!"

"I would not recommend Fabbrica to any diners. First, we had a reservation and even showed up 10 minutes early, yet we were left ignored by each server for 20 minutes. Each server was acting frantic as if it was first day on the job for all of them even though the restaurant was not even close to capacity. When we finally were seated, we were again ignored, not even offered drinks, for close to 15 minutes. The food was mediocre at best. It was my friend's birthday, and at the end they asked me (aside) if he would appreciate a piece of cake. I said no because we had plans after, but they insisted it would be quick. Then they attempted to charge almost $10 extra for the small piece of cake that usually comes free for someone's birthday celebration?! This place is a joke."

"It was a good date but we were in the corner of the restaurant and it was cramped and uncomfortable seating. The people next to us has a open booth that looked directly at our table. It felt like we were being watched the whole meal which was uncomfortable as well thank goodness I had a gorgeous date to focus on. Probably wouldn’t go back her because of the seating which is too bad because the servers were nice the food was excellent and the prices are good. Atmosphere was nice as well but the seating is much to cramped and feels extra awkward to talk to the servers and receive food. I had a great time but, for me to be a repeat customer I have to enjoy the seating."

"Our first and last time here. Very disappointed. For a neighborhood bar it looks like a great place to hang out with friends. However we went for dinner based upon offerings on the open table website menu. Several items we would have liked weren’t on the menus at the restaurant. For the calamari and shrimp dishes we were hard pressed to find them.. buried in with the other components of the dishes. Mussels were plenty. We were served a bread dish which came with burnt bread. I don’t know how a chef would let that out of the kitchen nor how a server could bring it to the table. Plus when brought to the attention of the server I can’t understand why it wasn’t removed from the bill."

"Some friends were in town recently we were looking for a nicer local restaurant – DBGB seemed to be perfect. Each of us went with the prix fixe 3 (out of 5) ordered dessert – the lava cake. After a long time, I noticed the server stuck her head around the corner to see if we’d been served the first course; we hadn’t. Nor had bread or butter been served. She stopped by again said she could see our 1st course getting ready to be served. They were, we ate, they were cleared. The time between the 1st main courses was too long, but not horrible. But we didn’t see our server again; she never checked on us. She went to other tables and two other servers brought our food/cleared our table. It was annoying to see others receiving normal service while we were ignored. The entire experience dragged – we were seated at about 7:20pm and it was now almost 9pm. We continued to wait after the main course was cleared to see the dessert menu and we were told they were out of the lava cake. It was barely 9pm on a Saturday night, the place was ~60% full and they were out of most popular desserts?! Didn’t make sense. The original orders had been set aside; another of our group who had wanted to order it had to go with something else. The server who took our dessert orders noticed we were annoyed and had manager come over. We waited 5 more minutes, during which, the original server stopped by. We said we’d asked for the manager since we hadn’t seen her through the meal. Nothing changed – she continued to walk by and not look our way. The manager came over, we explained the situation and he said he would put our desserts first. Or not, since we didn’t get dessert for another 20 min. He offered to buy drinks; we declined our goal wasn't to profit from our displeasure. We just expected competent service at a restaurant of DBGB's reputation. All in all, very disappointing . I expected more was embarrassed to have been the one to suggest DBGB."

"I Visited on a Friday night and was promptly seated upon arrival around 6pm. I loved the decor and atmosphere with the trendy group seating and pristine bar. I usually get very tired by dimly lit restaurants with a “trendy/romantic vibe” but Dabble is well lit and still offered the same feel. The restaurant wasn’t crowded and it seemed that the bar may have been more popular than sitting for meals. No surprise because the drinks menu was long and all the cocktails sounded delicious. I loved the Blood orange and ginger cooler. Must rave about the soft butter that accompanied bread basket. For dinner I ordered the duck which was DELICIOUS. Soft and tender and so flavorful with the sauce pairing! The portion was a tad small though, I think I might’ve been more satisfied if there was an extra piece for the price. My girlfriend and I stayed to chat and the waiters did not rush us at all and were all very kind to refill drinks."

"I truly enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. The 12-inch pizza had a crust that was simply delicious, and you could really taste the freshness of the ingredients. Just a heads up—there's no soda on tap, so don't count on free refills. However, they do have some of the best bottled root beer I've ever tasted. I highly recommend trying it! I went for the regular pizza with mushrooms, while my wife chose the margherita, and I recommend both. The atmosphere is nice and calm, perfectly capturing the essence of Brooklyn, with a lovely brick interior."

"We had a fantastic experience at Versi Vino. Our server, Amanda, was incredibly patient in explaining the wine and food menu. The wine flights were an excellent way to sample different wines and choose a bottle to order. The charcuterie platter was beautifully presented. My husband and I shared the octopus, duck breast, and lamb chops, which was just the right amount of food. We also got to try our dining companions' steakhouse Santorini flatbreads—delicious! To finish the meal, we enjoyed a fall-flavored budino topped with salted caramel and pepitas, which was absolutely to die for! The ordering process felt a bit complicated, likely due to our large group, staggered arrivals, and chatting while Amanda was explaining the menu (which was our own doing). We would definitely return!"

"Really enjoyed our meals. Service was excellent, and the server knew the menu and wine list inside out. It was a Friday evening, but we never felt rushed. "I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Alfredo's Italian Kitchen. From start to finish, it was a disaster. First, the staff's behavior was appalling. They were rude, inattentive, and seemed annoyed by simple requests. It felt like they didn't care about customer service at all. Secondly, the food quality was terrible. The dishes were bland, cold, and clearly not fresh. It was one of the worst meals I've ever had. To top it off, the packaging was a mess. Items were carelessly thrown into containers, leading to spills and a complete lack of presentation. Overall, I would strongly advise against dining at Alfredo's Italian Kitchen. The combination of terrible treatment, poor food quality, and sloppy packaging made for an awful experience."
