"As a huge fan of sushi, I must say that this was the worst sushi restaurant experience I have ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was a huge disappointment. The rolls (my usual favorites, rainbow and dragon) were dry, chewy, small, and just awful overall. After calling the restaurant to complain, I was told that they couldn't do anything to fix the situation and didn't understand why I found the food unacceptable. They seemed irritated and unwilling to help. It's worth noting that this meal cost $70, which is extremely expensive for the quality of sushi they offer. I've had better rolls from Kroger. There was no apology, no offer to replace the rolls, nothing. As someone who works in customer service, I can say that this experience was incredibly disappointing. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will advise others to steer clear of this place."
