"Really great food but unfortunately every time we have visited in person we get some dopey confused waitress waiter. Most recently our waitress disappeared after we put our orders in and when she appeared again she asked if we were ready for the check... We hadn 't even received our entree 's yet? Another time our waiter approached our table and just stared at us without saying anything for several moments before I asked if I could help him. He then proceeded to act as if I disrupted some great concept or idea he had brewing in his hollow skull. Another trip resulted in our waitress giving us the wrong food THREE times without realizing it. Are the people working here actually robots controlled by little goblins within their heads trying to act human? On another note, the decor is downright shanty. The walls have blemishes everywhere. I understand they pride themselves on not being a 'Pretentious ' establishment but there 's got to be some standards upheld. The bewildering staff combined with the dingy environment makes me feel as if I 'm being served food by Gordon Ramsey in a soup kitchen or perhaps an alleyway where you may or may not be harmed by otherworldly beings. It may also be smart to have some dress code with the staff as there have been times our waiter approached our table and I had to question if they were anything more than a homeless man who wandered in from the streets. A simple name tag or T-shirt would suffice. Truly a bizarre yet delicious experience."

Got to love half priced sushi, Emily our server was great, there was a wait for a seat at which there is no place to wait inside but they will send you a text when your table is available.

I have visited this restaurant many times, and every time we are lucky enough to have Emily as our server, she is incredible! She consistently comes back to check on us and ensure we are satisfied. She is incredibly patient, even when my date can't make up his mind. Emily truly enhances our dining experience at this place!

Best sushi in town hands down. The nigiri is fantastic. Great atmosphere Graham/Gram is a top 5 waiter in the league and always kills it with the recommendations and great service he brings each time we go!! Night time vibes here are incredible. I recently visited this sushi restaurant for the first time and I must say, it was the best sushi I have ever had. I highly recommend dining here and even making the trip if you can. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, our server was friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe was relaxed and welcoming. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I really enjoy the spicy shrimp and crab roll the most, but it does come at an extra cost to add cream cheese, which is a disappointment since it doesn't come with it. However, all sushi is half off when dining in, making it a fantastic option for college students and those on a budget. The only downside is that parking can be difficult at times. Overall, I would give the food a 4 out of 5 rating.

I order regularly from Cloud 9 but today it took over an hour for my order to be ready for pickup after being quoted 20-25 minutes. I waited inside for a half hour and once I got home with my order I realized it wasn’t even the correct order. I called the restaurant to get a refund and was told they don’t do refunds, only store credits which is really ironic because in order to get my money back for this I have to go back to the place that had the horrible service! This place is a small, lower end looking place. But it's definitely popular and packed. The service is attentive and waiters check in time to time. The sushi looked ok. I have had better quality fish but with the prices, this works for the price. I did try the salmon teriyaki with level 4 spice and that was delicious. The salmon was a little overcooked but the sauce helped with the texture. I think this place is good if you want something cheap and fast. It's also a nice to hang with friends.Parking: Paid street parking gets packed. Free parking is further away from the restaurant.

I used to love this place bc their sushi is so good. However there have been multiple accounts where I have ordered takeout and they tell me it’s only a half hour and I end up waiting outside the restaurant for an extra hour or even longer. Extremely upset with the service and the length of my wait multiple times. I wouldn’t mind waiting if they had said how long it was going to be in the beginning but they repeatedly told me 10 more minutes but ended up waiting another 45 minutes. The front desk man did not apologize for our wait and was extremely rude and said the sushi chefs woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Don’t order takeout here.
