"1). Food truly mediocre?, at best (used to be better).2). Employees ?in person and ?on the phone (if and when they bothered to answer the phone) were rude, condescending, impatient and seemed downright miserable and clueless.3). Manager/owner next to impossible to get ahold of. ?Not even her employees seem to know where she is or when she will be accessible.4). Integrity We got charged TWICE for one meal!! ?And, since the owner is IMPOSSIBLE to reach and the employees seem to not care about service or satisfaction or even common decency, we finally gave up trying to get one meal refunded.5). Will we ever order anything from them again NOT A CHANCE!!!?6). Rating overall If I could give less than a star, I would. ?Don’t waste your time, money, tastebuds, or life energy at Sushinati. They don’t care, so why put money in their pockets (you might get ripped off too)."
