"We had a fantastic dinner here and decided to come back the following evening. Our server, Gabby, was outstanding. Her timing, professionalism, and courtesy were exemplary, making everything seem effortless. The grass-fed steaks were cooked exactly as we ordered, and the portions were generous and tender. The sides were good, though not exceptional. Unfortunately, the lamb was overcooked and the gnocchi a bit mushy. The miso ahi was excellent, but I would have preferred a stronger miso flavor. The cocktails were hit and miss, but overall enjoyable. The restaurant could benefit from improving consistency to reach greatness. Overall, we prefer dining here for a nice meal rather than in Waikoloa, Kona, or Hilo. We really enjoyed it and can’t wait to return."
